Natalie Flores: The attitude and quality of service has declined dramatically. The laser service, even deeply discounted, is a rip-off. You must pay in advance, cash only, with no receipt, when u book your appointment. No call or text reminders of appointments, and you lose your money/service if late or unable to make it. The room is dirty, and youre given a cover to use that does not get changed out between customers. The laser technician chats on her cell while performing the service. Full body laser service is done in 30 minutes - not exactly thorough.
hanna perez: I got my hair cut there recently, it was very quick, and I really liked the turnout. The stylist was very friendly but took his time texting. Overall a nice experience, I would come again. I would recommend it to people looking for a quick, clean haircut.
