Natalie Flores: The attitude and quality of service has declined dramatically. The laser service, even deeply discounted, is a rip-off. You must pay in advance, cash only, with no receipt, when u book your appointment. No call or text reminders of appointments, and you lose your money/service if late or unable to make it. The room is dirty, and youre given a cover to use that does not get changed out between customers. The laser technician chats on her cell while performing the service. Full body laser service is done in 30 minutes - not exactly thorough.

They left me all stained and also in pain from all the rubbing they did to try to remove it..So very unprofessional!! Somehow dont know how they got their license to be beauticians...Not go8ng there
