1 /5 Cassandra Soliz: I wish we didnt have to give him any stars to do this. Comment yesterday at 6 PM. They called me and they told me that thing. Were gonna cancel my daughters appointment on Monday. And that she wasnt gonna be seen because she needed a whole new referral, because my insurance change, but theres a secondary insurance. They told me they werent gonna see her. Because the insurance got denied with the first claim and they entered the wrong insurance. This whole time, which wasnt my fault. They had all week to call me, let me know, but no, they decided to call me on a Friday at 6 PM when my pediatrician is closed to get A. Referral, I seriously think this office is ridiculous. They are money hungry. Just because one insurance got declined, but my secondary paid it, so I dont know what theyre crying about.

5 /5 richie Swift: Doctor Bishop is awesome. The nurse Rosie is awesome. The front desk lady, not so much. Neither of them seemed nice honestly. Other than that, I’m not going to let grumpy front desk assistants ruin the rest of the staff of Dr. Bishop. Came in with an ear infection and was freaking out about not being able to hear again since it’s been a few days of muffled hearing. Dr. Bishop really sat and got on my level, assured me everything will be ok and provided a game plan. I have a follow up in 3 weeks. I trust his advice.

5 /5 Maria Lopez: Monica in the referral department is an employee this business needs to appreciate, acknowledge and treasure. She is very knowledgeable in her job and making sure the proper offices notes are received to get exams approved. Thank you so much Monica for your help. Dr. Oshman is a Dr I recommend to the point in regards to medical questions. Staff is friendly office is clean.
