1 /5 Samantha Fitz-Simons: I have gone there for years, they are one of the few that accept my insurance. Last week I went in for an appointment because I had not felt well for a while. The nurse took my vitals, walked out of the room and told my Practioner, "Your not gonna believe this one." She went on to discuss my problems loud enough that I heard the entire conversation 3 doors down, Im sure every patient on my hall heard this! Kim is Great and Jason is Great, but they really need thicker walls or to train their staff!!!

2 /5 Kenneth: I have been coming here since 1998. After a several reputable nurses and staff left a few years back, it went downhill. They used to have very friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I had Dr. Gorman for 22.5 years. I developed a relationship with him to the point he would listen to my advice and let me be a part of my treatment. Every good doctor and PA I have known here are gone. I used to have relationships with almost every nurse and staff on a first name basis. The atmosphere is just not the same!

1 /5 Mike Hewitt: When i first started using this facility the service was great. After 6 years, the service of getting prescriptions refilled has diminished. For 4 times, it has taken me a week to either get the "okay" for a refill or for them to call me and tell me i need to make an appointment for a checkup.....only after Im out of medication. Randy Martz did a great job and I hate to part from this place but the support staff leaves plenty to be desired. Last time I did blood work, I had to come back the next day to re-do it because it was done improperly.

1 /5 Miriam Gibson: DO NOT come here. Just dont! This has been by far, my worst experience at any doctors office in my entire life, and I get sick a lot so I have been to so many doctors. First off they break laws, they do not confirm any identity when on the phone with you about sensitive information and rush you off the phone. Second is if you get labs done there,get your results. They lied to me over the phone about my results, which could effect me for the rest of my life. The office staff is incredibly rude, lazy and just awful to interact with. They are pushy and will rush you through everything all while rolling their eyes. The first time I went I was seen by the most unprofessional male nurse, he made me very uncomfortable and was rough when administering tests and oh, surprise, extremely rude. I went on a Saturday for the "first appointment" at 9am I didnt leave until 12:30PM. I saw the nurse/assistant, who was of course rude to me, and Doctor a total of 15 minutes!!! I sat there and waited for hours!!! When I had questions for my nurse she just brushed me off. I cant believe other people still come here. I will never come here again and I have been warning others off as well, find another doctor!

1 /5 Brittany: NOT ACREDITED BY BBB They are now under a new name and providing horrible service. I have 4 regular prescriptions that are always filled for 3 month period. When I got my most recent refills they excluded one probably the most important 1 for my panic attacks. I called to find out why they told me I would have to have an appointment so I set that up. I paid $50 to speak with their new PA who refused to refill until I did blood work costing me another $114 then was advised that they would not be able to refill my prescription for the 3 period. And I would need to see their Psychologist. They made it very clear they are only interested in getting as much money out of you as possible
