5 /5 Omaima Flint: Had my baby boy here. The nurses were amazing. They were all so kind and accommodating. The doctor and nurses who delivered my baby were excellent. My little one did get stuck for a short time on the way out but the delivering doctor and nurses worked so quickly to make sure my son was safely delivered and in my arms. It was a really good experience.

5 /5 Arianna Lyles: I was seen yesterday and Candace she did a great job on my pelvic ultrasound. I was pregnant twice and never had a great experience with them being done I always felt uncomfortable but she made me feel safe and at my choice in what I wanted to do. She is respectful of your wishes and your body your choice. My nurse also was a great help and was respectful and she was understanding of my pain.

The check in process set the tone for a remarkable visit, with your staff immediately demonstrating a strong culture focused on patient, safety and teamwork. Each team member I encountered was professional, compassionate, and dedicated to providing excellent care. Due to my symptoms, I was promptly taken back and placed on a sepsis protocol, receiving IV antibiotics within five minutes of arriving. Your staff listened attentively, took swift action, and undoubtedly ensured my rapid recovery. Even the small gestures-like conducting AIDET and offering a more comfortable bed during my extended stay-made a significant impact. Just a week earlier, I visited a different local ER for a medical emergency, which later escalated to the sepsis. Disappointed by the care and lack of patient safety at that facility, I chose to drive farther to Medical City Lewisville, and I am so grateful I did. Your hospital has earned my trust, and I will always make the extra effort to come here for care moving forward. Thank you for going above and beyond!

5 /5 Donald S: Came in Sunday night, firing out both ends and dehydrated with extremely painful cramping. the inpatient process was quick, I was admitted after only having to wait in the waiting room about 5 minutes. Every single person we interacted with was kind, professional and quick, even one of the housekeepers who brought me a warmed blanket! Hopefully I will not need another visit to an ER any time soon, but I am so grateful for everyone that we encountered, and glad to know such an amazing team is literally just down the highway from us.

4 /5 Shara Smith: Cindy the NP was great. The RN was very busy but was doing her best. As someone who knows what staff to patient ratios should be, it didn’t appear to be staffed appropriately. X ray tech was great. Registration was not smooth. I kept getting kicked out of the system when trying to connect.
