5 /5 Maggie Conrad: I was referred to this place after discovering that my dogs tumor had tripled in size overnight. At 13 years old, I knew surgery would be high risk. The previous clinic we visited for vaccinations gave me a very high quote and we’re rushing me into signing consent right then and there.There was no communication, no examination done before my eyes, and they didn’t provide proper medication before the procedure. After a referral, I found this clinic. They communicated excellently and were very honest about the risks involved. They took their time assessing my dog and even recommended waiting a week to address the infection before surgery. It was clear they prioritized his well-being over rushing into surgery. They took great care of him, and now he’s home recovering, tumor-free. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team. If you’re unsure where to go, I highly recommend this place! I’ll definitely be returning for years to come. Just a heads-up: they get really busy early in the morning!

We did try other vets because we’ve moved further away, but there is no comparison. There is no other place like this for the care of your beloved animals. Great vet and great staff!! Thank you for all the years of love and care you always give to our fur baby’s and the peace of mind you give to us! Forever Grateful!!!

Linda Bell: When we first arrived at Kindred, I was a little concerned about what we may have gotten ourselves into. It was a bumpy start. However, after six weeks here, I have come to truly appreciate that there is more going on than meets the eye, and the friendly, but extremely busy care providers and staff work hard to meet our needs. Our son wanted more PT/OT for his paralysis side effect from chemo than he could get on the oncology unit at the wonderful hospital he was in, so he transferred to Kindred. He is definitely getting additional quality therapy from very friendly staff. However, his medical situation is quite complex, so it has taken a bit to work out the kinks for coordination of care. This is where we are starting to realize that more may be happening than we realize. It seems like we discover new aspects of his care or management each week that we didnt realize was on anybodys radar. That is reassuring, especially when falling through the cracks seemed likely. Beyond medical care, we have been so thankful for certain aspects of a smaller, more down-to-earth operation like this. The main receptionist has helped me in ways I dont think a larger hospital would have; it helped ease our stress substantially. The food is as homemade as I think you can get in an institutional setting. It is very good, filling, and affordable. Again, the system takes a minute to figure out, but it works. Other features that help family are the roll-away beds, large common areas, and FREE parking under the building. It truly makes our difficult trial much easier...not to mention the hugs Ive gotten!

Dogs Are Funny: My husband was taken here after a massive heart attack. The care he received was funamonal. Every single Nurse, Doctor, NP we dealt with were the nicest people and went above and beyond to make sure he had everything he needed. I dont believe he would have gotten care this good anywhere else. I have never seen such caring people. They love their jobs and care for their patients. Thank you Tomball for saving my Husband.

Brite Shine: My name is L. Kindle I had surgery at your hostpital on 1-13-25. I had the BEST care there all the Staff there is Phenomenal. From the Receptionist, The Prep Nurse, The Anesthesia Team, The Doctor, Surgery Team, The Research Team, and The 2nd Floor Nurses. I didnt get everyones name but this is some of the NursesTeam. One is Chelsea its two of them but it was one of the Chelseas that worked with me the whole time I was there Omg She Is Soo Sweet, and Kind. The other Chelsea I met her once she was nice to. And the other Nurses that Was Sweet is Eva, Briana, Mavis, and Shelia. All the nurses was Soo Nice And Very Caring and so was the Research Team. And the Food was Great. I really Enjoyed my Stay There.

Just Swept: I am 19 now and no longer go there but let me tell you, Dr Cohen is the absolute best doctor i have ever seen in my entire life. he knows how to make a little boy terribly afraid of doctors offices leave with a smile every time no matter what the basis for the appointment was. his attention to detail for patient care is something Ive never seen so well for a childhood doctor. Dr Cohen always listened to what i had to say no matter how silly or insignificant was making me feel heard. why im choosing to write this now is because im about to start my next big steps in life by joining the navy and Dr Cohen has been nothing but helpful in providing me with the notes Ive needed and documents to help my enlistment process. if you end up reading this Dr Cohen just know you will always have a special place in my heart cause you were the first doctor to make me feel safe and heard.

Diana Villatoro: This is my mother’s Go To hospital. she is currently being discharged at 2am with an infection still going on in her kidneys. Doctors talking about “you’ll feel better at home. Aside from that a nurse literally took her to get her discharge papers and medicine and forgot my mother in a part of the hospitals. My mother can barely walk, see and speak minimum English. She kept asking nurses to help guide her way to the discharge center because this nurse didn’t even take her there she forgot her in the way there. After asking 3 nurses for help finally someone helped. This hospital was great when we first started but there has been times I go visit my mother and there is trash on the floor. Sometimes he has to ask for food more than 3x the nurses don’t want to feed her. she even had a case where a nurse was very mean to her for using the restroom on them seles. I have picture proof of all of this sometimes I want to give them a peace of Texas Law due to medical neglect and unsanitary environment. They need to hire people who ACTUALLY WANT TO BECOME GOOD NURSES!

Jerry Ramirez: Ive just started going to a doctors office after do many decades, and I can truly day the my experience was awesome. Dr. Francisco is very nice and very professional. She actually listens to your concerns and will answer you questions truthfully. I never thought these in-network plans were a good idea, but I got proven wrong. I only hate that I cant actually call directly to their office to ask questions. Other than that, its great.

Mayra: Billing: They have a call center and it is hard to get a hold of them. I have requested a UB04 form since September 2024 and it is now March 2025 and I have yet to receive this form. When you ask to get transfer to a manager they send you to their friends/coworkers. When you ask to speak to someone for a follow up or accountability they do not give out names, emails, extensions. They ask you to email their general email account... This whole system does not show any accountability. Nurses: Delivery nurses are wonderful. Truly grateful for their wisdom, knowledge, and empathy. The recovery nurses, they lack empathy and bedside manners. The younger nurses are gossipy. Out of the 8 to 10 nurses only 3/4 of them were great! Doctors: The Doctors here are knowledgeable. ER: They can do better. There was too much office politics going around. I went in there for preeclampsia and the ER team that saw me did not give me additional care ... they called the maternity unit to come pick me up. They did give me medication to drop my blood pressure which was at 209. On another occasion I went to the ER and i had blood withdrawn by a phlebotomist. He was not professional and was on his phone. Overall, I am done with Memorial Hermann. I have given them so many chances and I have reached my breaking point. I am no longer going to give them my business and my good health insurance that I am paying for.
