5 /5 Christina Pearce: It’s hard to put into words, but I will try. Simply amazing! Out of all of my surgeries this experience has been the best. Every person I encountered was truly remarkable. The care and consideration for me was TOP NOTCH! This is a great hospital!

5 /5 Uhl Qnu: This was my first time coming to Medical City Las Colinas. Everyone from the front desk to each of the medical staff I encountered were professional and caring. In a world with which it seems more times than not people are in such a rush, less than courteous (perhaps due to a stressful job) the staff here took time and ensured I was well cared for. I would highly recommend if you ever have to be in a hospital, then Medical City Las Colinas is the place to be. The entire staff were caring and made my visit an easy one.

5 /5 Emilie Crawford: Everyone I encountered for my procedure was amazing! The front desk lady made checking in so easy and she was very friendly. Ayaka was my main nurse. She made me laugh, put up with my nervous chatter, and took very good care of me. Not to mention, her IV skills are top-notch! Julianne was my nurse in recovery. She was so sweet and listened to me babble after freshly waking from anesthesia. I wish I could have remembered all of their names because everyone was so nice!

5 /5 Jennifer Reed: I had a head injury and they immediately got me back and began to clean the wound to prep it for staples. The Physician’s Assistant that worked on me was excellent. She was kind and compassionate as she numbed my head area with injections and then stapled the wound closed. They then immediately got me to the CT scan. I did not have to wait for results long at all. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I was in and out very quickly. Maybe the entire thing took an hour. I’m very pleased with the care I received.

1 /5 Katlynn Connor: d) - [ ] If you are coming to this hospital to deliver please reevaluate!!!!! I came in for pre -op 10/16 and they took my blood and I completed paperwork. Come 10/17 I came in for a scheduled C-section . My OB was awesome and the nurses were very welcoming and very helpful. This took a turn for the worse on 10/18 the doctors came in and told me they found a STI in my blood and they would need to take my blood again to “ confirm “ the test . That same day around 4pm the NICU doctor made me aware that they would come back in 1 Hr to take my baby a preform many test on him and start treatment because I came back “ positive again “ . X-rays , dilating puples for eye exams , taking spinal fluid!!! All on a one day old baby ! They told me and my husband that he would have to stay in the NICU for 10 days to start treatment and it would take a couple of days for the test results to come back … but even if the test results came back negative he would have to stay for the full 10 days because it was “protocol “. My husband and I both knew we were negative but we still went to the ER downstairs and got unnecessary shots /treatment. I myself went to the health department and got back (drumroll please)…. NEGATIVE results!!!!!! They took 10 days away!!! 10 !!! My OB made me aware that he told them “NOT”to test me on the 18th because he already completed the same test around 15 and 30 weeks and both test came back negative . He said “ I don’t trust the labs at the hospital.” & “ This isn’t the first time he has had this happen to a patient .” Long story short if you’d like to keep your baby right after birth and you don’t want to go home empty handed without A baby … PLEASEEEEE DO NOT DELIVER HERE !! -A concerned MOM
