McKenna Childrens Museum - New Braunfels (TX)

5 /5 Lynn Davies: Absolutely love this place! I would say the inside museum area appeals to 2-8 year olds but the outdoor water play area keeps even tweens happy with the different models they can build. Bring extra change of clothes as kids can get pretty wet! Lots of shade for parents to be in outside:)

4 /5 TheBeeWaa !: My 19 month old loved coming to this childrens museum! The fish tank, toddler area, and the little house were my daughters favorite spots. I wish we came after lunch though. The field trip that came made the place super busy. The water area thats outside was quite hectic with all the bigger kids.

4 /5 Miguel Garcia: Very cool and fun for toddlers, just a bit smaller than expected. Bring a change of clothes for the water section and/or painting. In all honesty, I would consider this more of a playground than a museum, but pre-schoolers and younger will love it.

5 /5 Ariana Longoria: I used to come here when I was a kid 15+ years ago and now I take my 2 year old daughter here and she today was her first time! She loved it! It’s $9 for admission 12 months and up. There are a lot of little “lands” you can visit and they’re all really interactive. I do wish there was a “yuck bin” after a kid puts a toy in their mouth just like there is at “Little Land play and therapy” They have a yearly membership for $100 for 2 people which isn’t bad at all and i thought about it but im not sure how often we would come to justify that price. If you and your child were to come here at least 6 times throughout the year then it’s paid for but I’ll think about it!

4 /5 Lauren Bailey: This is a great little children’s museum! I was impressed with how many employees there are cleaning up after kids who forget to put things away. The outdoor area is really fun too! We will be back.
