5 /5 eddie gramma: I love this place... Im a grown man so Im not there to enjoy the splash pad but I am there to walk my doggo and Fischer Park had everything needed for a good walk. There is some coverage, some grass, some wild flowers, a few "off the beaten path" spots, drinking fountains, and garbage cans. For families out is great, rent a pavilion , take the kids to the splash pad or playground and enjoy. All super close to everything but far enough away to feel serine and separate.

5 /5 Breeze Allen: Absolutely adorable and beautiful park. Love how it is nestled on a hill. Met lots of nice people here, loved the splash pad and the staff at the store were wonderful!!!

5 /5 Angelina W: What an awesome place for family. Theres fishing, walking/bike trails, a big sand box with dinosaur bones you find. A beautiful garden with flowers and veggies. A very nice playground and super neat splash pad. Plenty of parking and picnic tables. Pet chickens and a rooster wander the grounds here too. Kids love them!

5 /5 Christie Wintersgill: We have been here a few times including a birthday party. There is quite a bit to do to get the kids excited to be outside. Kayaking, fishing and a small walking path.

Rockin R River Rides - Huaco - New Braunfels

Stephanie Breier: This section of the Guadalupe River is pretty calm. With low water levels its slow going. No rapids or fast spots. Just a 3-4 hr long lazy meander. We had a great time & the staff at Rockin R were all great! Shuttle service was fast, and the get in & get out points werent hard to manage. There were lots of slippery rocks, though.

Solms Park - New Braunfels

Stephen Rodriguez: Not a bad park, could use an update. Slide is crazy tall but fun. Walk/Bike path is easily 1/2 mile long. Also a good spot to set-up and make train vids for the Railfans. Side note: I’m pretty sure all the missing socks end up here.

Texas Tubes - New Braunfels

Christina Formby: My family and I came down for Memorial Day weekend and had an absolute blast! The staff were friendly and kind, the river was beautiful, and the weather was perfect. I accidentally left my driver’s license behind, and they were kind enough to mail it back to me free of charge! We’re definitely coming back and would recommend this spot to anyone looking to float the Comal River.

Rockin R River Rides - Gruene - New Braunfels

Baylee: Today at noon there was about an hour wait for tubes, however, they had a nice shaded area with seating. I could not be upset about the longer than anticipated wait because all of their employees were working very hard. They even brought in fresh new tubes to blow up to get us on the river (like a hundred new tubes). They could have easily turned us away or made us wait even longer. They were dedicated to get us on the water.

ZDTs Amusement Park - Seguin

Chris Seibel: I came here to ride the Switchback wooden coaster, and it was a fun little ride. It had some nice laterals and airtime, even when going backwards. Would recommend.

Alves Lane Park - New Braunfels

Kassie Poindexter: Hard to call this a park. It looks like a couple of empty lots that are not maintained. There was some litter and the "grass" was spotty and ill maintained

Santas Ranch Drive Thru Christmas Light Park - New Braunfels

Veleda Harley: I won free passes to go but I would have paid to see this it was beautiful.My family was in another vehicle a few cars behind us and we all enjoyed it. Definitely will be going back next year. and thank you to Texas 46 radio. The only problem was people cutting the line after we had all been sitting for 20 minutes.

Brennan Vineyards - Comanche

Kimberly: Absolutely love this place. Beautiful historic building and gorgeous grounds. Some of my favorite memories have been made sitting outside drinking wine with friends here or sitting in the cozy inside on a cold day. They let us bring our little dog and always remember us. Lots of really good wines and selections. They taught me about wine and all the different kinds. Just an all around great place. Don’t miss it!
