Valerie Busby: Dr. Ali takes her time to listen to her patients. I did not feel rushed, and was happy that she allowed me to help make decisions about my healthcare.
Mackenzie Galdamez: I dont even want to leave them a star. Came to get my cat neutered here, they told me I dont need anything for the after care that he should be fine. That was all that was said.
Couple days after, guess what happened... my cat gets sick & DIES.

Rod: I’ve never been in a hospital with so many staff in tune with each other and what was going on. It was truly amazing. Each and every nurse over 5 days with my mother had patience beyond belief. It was magical. All of them at the same time working 12 hour shifts. Also the room was very nice and had plenty of sitting area and a fold out sleeper couch.
Donielle Huggins: One of the best experiences with a vet I have ever had. From the emergency surgery to the follow up appointment—I and my dog have felt cared for and supported. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Linda Ebel: We have used Rose Rich Veterinary Services for almost 9 years. The offices and exam rooms are very clean, the staff is professional and accommodating. We use them also for boarding our dog when we are out of town. Our dog loves the staff and they all know her name and on sight. It is a pleasure doing business with them.
Alex Larsen: This hospital, the Emergency Department specifically, went above and beyond while I was there. The nurses and techs were phenomenal at their job, and very professional. Also very human, and showed empathy while listening attentively to my concerns. The doctor listened attentively and showed genuine compassion. If you end up needing an ER during a road trip and you are in the area I would highly recommend this location.
Kimberlie Currier: Dr. LaTortue has been our family doctor for 18 years. He is a brilliant man. He discovered things with our disabled daughter that top doctors in Tyler missed. He has saved her life and my life too. Most of the staff are great, but some are frustrating. But you will find that no matter where you go. Dr. LaTortue is worth it. And hes worth a long wait time on the few times weve had to wait a bit to see him. Hes not only super intelligent, hes caring and friendly and always ready with a smile and a laugh.
(I dont understand giving the doctor a bad review just because you had to wait a while to see him. I would think the doctors ability to find whats making you ill would be more important than a quick wait time. But maybe thats just me).
