5 /5 Mildred: We’ve been seen by 3 doctors at this location so far Dr.Tran, Dr. Rogers and Dr. Wilkins. And now by our new Dentist Dr. Roopa. Everyone is so kind and welcoming we never have trouble scheduling or rescheduling. Nurses keep track of my baby lab results and the appointments for the referrals we got to the specialists. If you have trouble making an appointment over the phone just use their website or go in person! They’ll be happy to help you. Keep in mind you are not their only patient they have thousands more people! so be KIND and POLITE I promise you will have a better experience than being rude and unkind.

Twice I scheduled an appointment, came in, checked in and waited only for them to tell me they cant give my child the vaccines because they dont have them in stock. One pro tip is to check you can provide a service before the client arrives and waits for an hour.

Even though ARC is a large clinic I never feel like I am just a number. Dr. Jay makes you feel like she knows and remembers you and your conditions. She is very thorough and makes you feel like your health is important to her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor.
