Of course the office and technical staff are equally amazing. My primary care provider was very pleased with the level of communication she received from NAU. This is were I would take my family if they needed care.

Theres also now a phlebotomist in the office full time, so that makes lab work easy as well. I think one of the things I like most about Dr. Middleton is that he is comfortable seeing me just once a year and not twice like some others. I hate going to the doctor, but this office makes it a pleasant experience.

Monique M.: The absolute worst medical office experience Ive ever had. Not only did the nurse give me passive aggressive attitude for being late to our very last minute appointment because my kid was very sick and needed to be seen. She also barely prepared my young child, age 6, for the procedure for a covid 19 test - she shoved it up my kids nose with barely a warning, shocking him. Then come to find out they dont have me as a guarantor on my childs account when I should be and to top the whole thing off I was billed HUNDREDS of dollars only to find out the insurance wasnt billed at all. I spent 20 minutes on a call with someone who I could barely understand trying to sort this out. I will NEVER use this office again. The sad part is that our PCP Dr. Christopher Lewis is always great but this is a new office for him and he will now lose me and my child as patients.
