He is amazing and truly cares . I recently had the shockwave treatment for ED and I was very surprised with the results after the first treatment . I received the second treatment last week and it is having a great affect on my love life !!! Thank you Dr. Arthur for having this amazing treatment.

Karen Shaw: I really like Dr. Middleton. Hes very attentive and actually listens to and addresses my concerns. Everyone in the office is very nice and accommodating. Theres also now a phlebotomist in the office full time, so that makes lab work easy as well. I think one of the things I like most about Dr. Middleton is that he is comfortable seeing me just once a year and not twice like some others. I hate going to the doctor, but this office makes it a pleasant experience.

I always leave my appointment knowing he genuinely cares about his patients and gives care/advises them with their best interest in mind.

Monique M.: The absolute worst medical office experience Ive ever had. Not only did the nurse give me passive aggressive attitude for being late to our very last minute appointment because my kid was very sick and needed to be seen. She also barely prepared my young child, age 6, for the procedure for a covid 19 test - she shoved it up my kids nose with barely a warning, shocking him. Then come to find out they dont have me as a guarantor on my childs account when I should be and to top the whole thing off I was billed HUNDREDS of dollars only to find out the insurance wasnt billed at all. I spent 20 minutes on a call with someone who I could barely understand trying to sort this out. I will NEVER use this office again. The sad part is that our PCP Dr. Christopher Lewis is always great but this is a new office for him and he will now lose me and my child as patients.

Sasha De Anda: Dr. Phillips is a good Dr if you have a quick check up. Once it’s something more serious, they take WEEKS to do anything. The person that you talk to when you call, the male receptionist, is lazy and doesn’t do his job. I have had to call him and my insurance and the facility I needed a CT scan just to see why my insurance denied the scan. Turns out the facility I am supposed to get my scan done had sent the Dr 2 emails about being denied, without a response back on how to move forward. I called him, the receptionist, and he acts as if he never received it, and he sends a message to the Dr. I’ve caught him in lies during these past TWO months trying to get some help on pain I’ve been having. Philip’s doesn’t even care to call to give you test results herself, she has the receptionist call and tell you. So if you have any questions you HAVE to set up an in office appointment and of course that’s more money to pay. It’s always, “I have sent her a message, now we have to wait for her response”. It’s RIDICULOUS!!!!! Now they are closed for a whole week, spring break I get it but it’s ridiculous when people have serious medical issues and she isn’t there. I’ll be changing my Dr for someone who actually cares and interacts with their patients. I do NOT recommend Tina Phillips if you have anything wrong, unless you have a routine check up you’re all good.
