Hes the best doctor (not just psychiatrist) Ive ever encountered--compassionate, responsive, and most importantly, highly competent and knowledgeable. When I first went to see him about five years ago, I was in a very bad place and was extremely hesitant to see a psychiatrist. However, I never felt more understood and cared for as a patient, and since then, my quality of life has improved immeasurably. I truly feel like he saved my life, and I regret not seeking his help earlier. Im so grateful to him for being there in my time of need and providing me with the tools to successfully cope and overcome my issues, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking genuine healing and lasting positive change. He will make you feel like you are in the hands of a very present, compassionate, and understanding (still professional) friend. He is thorough in getting to know you and it is so obvious through words and action how much he cares. He truly wants to assist his clients in living their best and happiest life. 5 /5 Transforming Environments: This practice has made a huge impact on my life. I suffered from extreme sensory overload panic attacks/episodes, resulting in avoiding public places all together. Finding this clinic and being a patient of Dr. Calzada’s has given me back a life that I thought I was not capable of enjoying anymore. An honest and caring doctor, very kind staff and unbeatable response times from the doctor himself. Healthcare on this level just doesn’t exist anymore. I highly suggest giving him a try to see if it’s a good fit for you!

Karen Shaw: I really like Dr. Middleton. Hes very attentive and actually listens to and addresses my concerns. Everyone in the office is very nice and accommodating. Theres also now a phlebotomist in the office full time, so that makes lab work easy as well. I think one of the things I like most about Dr. Middleton is that he is comfortable seeing me just once a year and not twice like some others. I hate going to the doctor, but this office makes it a pleasant experience.

Marie Tidwell: Dr Kelly has been my PCP for a few years now and while I have no major medical issues, I am always at ease when I need to see him for anything. He is attentive, listens, gives meaningful feedback and suggestions and is a good doctor - in the best sense of the word good. He and his team answer messages quickly and they are thorough in explaining anything I need clarification about. I always leave my appointment knowing he genuinely cares about his patients and gives care/advises them with their best interest in mind.

Trudy m: Dr Chen hates a chronic pain patient taking pain meds. He said that to my face. I should never have been sent to him in the first place. Im not an addict Im a pain patient. I have early onset arthritis all over my body. 30 yrs of pain mgmt. 30 yrs of monthly UAs. I always had my pill counts right too.

Monique M.: The absolute worst medical office experience Ive ever had. Not only did the nurse give me passive aggressive attitude for being late to our very last minute appointment because my kid was very sick and needed to be seen. She also barely prepared my young child, age 6, for the procedure for a covid 19 test - she shoved it up my kids nose with barely a warning, shocking him. Then come to find out they dont have me as a guarantor on my childs account when I should be and to top the whole thing off I was billed HUNDREDS of dollars only to find out the insurance wasnt billed at all. I spent 20 minutes on a call with someone who I could barely understand trying to sort this out. I will NEVER use this office again. The sad part is that our PCP Dr. Christopher Lewis is always great but this is a new office for him and he will now lose me and my child as patients.

Sasha De Anda: Dr. Phillips is a good Dr if you have a quick check up. Once it’s something more serious, they take WEEKS to do anything. The person that you talk to when you call, the male receptionist, is lazy and doesn’t do his job. I have had to call him and my insurance and the facility I needed a CT scan just to see why my insurance denied the scan. Turns out the facility I am supposed to get my scan done had sent the Dr 2 emails about being denied, without a response back on how to move forward. I called him, the receptionist, and he acts as if he never received it, and he sends a message to the Dr. I’ve caught him in lies during these past TWO months trying to get some help on pain I’ve been having. Philip’s doesn’t even care to call to give you test results herself, she has the receptionist call and tell you. So if you have any questions you HAVE to set up an in office appointment and of course that’s more money to pay. It’s always, “I have sent her a message, now we have to wait for her response”. It’s RIDICULOUS!!!!! Now they are closed for a whole week, spring break I get it but it’s ridiculous when people have serious medical issues and she isn’t there. I’ll be changing my Dr for someone who actually cares and interacts with their patients. I do NOT recommend Tina Phillips if you have anything wrong, unless you have a routine check up you’re all good.

Emily McCall: Dr. Baker was kind and relatively helpful. However, his office manager is rude, dismissive, and arrogant. Her personality has no place in healthcare and is far better suited for employment at a prison or the DMV.
