5 /5 Angie Sandel: Day Surgery team from registration to discharge was top notch. Tish in registration is very personable and efficient, the nurse I was assigned for pre-Op, Stephanie, was comforting, patient and attentive. Hands down the best IV placement with one stick and done. The OR team were funny, calming and considerate. Post-Op was a bit fuzzy but the nurse was quick to get me something to drink, ensure I wasnt in pain or discomfort and helped me dress for home. ALWAYS A WONDERFUL STAFF AT LG!!!

5 /5 Jaylan: The labor and delivery unit is hands down the best staff I have ever encountered anywhere. The nurses make you feel so cared for, and are so sweet while doing it. I will forever be grateful for how they impacted my experience with bringing our baby into the world. Special thank you to Karlie and Morgan who always had my best interest in mind and made me feel so much more at peace in moments of chaos. Truly the best day of my life. Side note: this is only my review of labor and delivery… the ER unit was not the same..

4 /5 Sommer Perry: Good experience overall. The staff is very friendly! The physician assistant is hands down understanding and listens. The only thing that didn’t make a “greasy” review is the fact that my appointment was at 11:15 am and I wasn’t seen until 12:45pm. That was disappointing but overall the care received was great and they made the entire process of checking in and out simple.

Ashley Wells: Labor and delivery was fantastic. My nurse Jessica was a travel nurse but she was the absolute best nurse I could have ever asked for. I cannot say enough good things about her. She advocated for me when I needed it and she was there for me through the whole scary process of labor, I would go to any hospital she was at. My postpartum nurses were also great especially the night shift staff! The food was wonderful. The only issue I had was with anesthesia, I got my epidural so early that it had mostly worn off before I delivered so they had to call someone back in to give me a top off dose.

Belinda George: Wonderful experience with the staff. They were kind,empathetic and professional. However the 3 stars rating is because they were seriously understaffed. Almost 3 hour wait. There was one nurse, one tech and one PA. Waiting room was full and there was a steady stream of people coming in. They should have had the staff to accommodate the number of clients.

On the bariatric coordination side Cortnie Robinson makes you feel right at home and like talking to your best friend. She is very informative, supportive and goes above and beyond in her job. They really are a great team of people to entrust your health.

misty holmes: I took my daughter in for an appointment today to the fall creek office. I dont normally complain but the girl that is working with Dr Tompkins check-in was rude. Yes I was early I understand that. she said I cant check you in we have not had lunch yet. Come back. When I got back she was just sitting there on her phone then went around the corner to take a phone call the office and doctors are great but that just I hate the give the off one star for one person. On the other hand Aimee and Rebecca Were very sweet and helpful

Charlotte Miller: Dr Hill is amazing!! I had a melanoma skin cancer removed in Oct of 2023. Since then I have required quarterly visits which required me to travel to the site in Weatherford. When Dr Hill opened her office in Granbury, I was so glad. Upon having my first quarterly visit with her, I was amazed at how thorough she was. She truly examined my whole body with a special light and I felt confident each visit with her since that I am skin cancer free. She is always so upbeat and cheerful - it is a joy to see her!!

tlc: We took a strong feisty feral in for neutering, and he managed to get it done! Dr. Mitch and his staff were so friendly and caring as well as not breaking the bank for the procedure. Our kitty had a bit of a fever and the followup was extraordinary, with phone calls to check up on him. The best vet and staff Ive seen in a long... long time.

Jennifer Shevokas: Totally frustrated with this office! I recently went in to go over blood work I had done, I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, but then had to waited 55 minutes before I was taken back to a room. I then sat in the exam room for another 25 minutes before a PA come in! This is it not the first or second time that I have wait over an hr for a simple appointment. Previously I waited an hr after a scheduled appointment time just to have blood drawn, I ending up leaving without getting the blood work. Once I left I called and spoke to the office manager and was told they would look into the issue but yet again had the same delay. I would not recommend this office anymore, which really pains me to write, I have been going to this office for more than 20 yrs and this is how they are now attending to patients.
