I never feel rushed while I’m being seen. The wait time in her office is very minimal. For those new residents looking for a Doctor in Granbury Texas you need to look no further. 1 /5 Ashley Wooten: Dr. Goodchild used to be great. But since her practice has gotten bigger her availability has gotten smaller. Her staff is extremely cold and not welcoming at all. If you need to get in quickly for whatever reason you will not ever be able to see her and you will be asked to see her physicians assistant John Carter. He is absolutely horrible, both my husband and I went in for sickness and all he wanted to discuss is used having sleeping issues, and we got no result from our reason for going in.

5 /5 Katie Howe: Recently visited Dr. Goodchild as a new patient for my annual physical. This practice is phenomenal! Every staff member from front end to nurse to doc was exceptionally knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and helpful. The office is immaculate with many safeguards in place to keep at-risk patients healthy. Dr. Goodchild is a gem and a rarity - I have never had a physician spend so much time getting to know me, especially for a well visit. She clearly cares and the attention to detail and bedside manner permeates the entire clinical staff. It took a few weeks to get in as a new patient, but it was WELL WORTH IT! Highly recommend this practice.

5 /5 Penny Satterfield: Ive been seeing Dr Goodchild for 15 years. Shes amazing. Some of these other reviews are shocking. Dr Goodchild has the best bedside manner and actually listens to me when it comes to my health concerns. She always answers my questions in a language that I can understand. These people complaining about perception refills blows my mind. I have to call her office monthly to get my meds refilled. The key is to call several days before hand...you cant call her and expect your meds the same day. Shes a busy Doctor so give her break. Ive NEVER had an issue getting my medications. If I could give Dr Goodchild a 10 star review I would...5 stars just isnt high enough for her. A huge thanks to Dr Goodchild and her amazing caring staff. ❤

Bobby Bowlin: At approximately 1 AM on January 1, 2017, I went to the ER experiencing excruciating pain in my right shoulder and back. Check in was quick and painless. I immediately saw a nurse and she took my vitals and a quick history of my pain. No sooner had she finished, the doctor came in and examined me. I was given a pain shot (highly appreciated) and observed for approximately two hours (total time from admitting to release) and sent home pain free. Today, I feel 100% better. Thank you HCH ER for your prompt service and display of professionalism.
