1 /5 Jennifer Shevokas: Totally frustrated with this office!
I recently went in to go over blood work I had done, I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, but then had to waited 55 minutes before I was taken back to a room. I then sat in the exam room for another 25 minutes before a PA come in! This is it not the first or second time that I have wait over an hr for a simple appointment. Previously I waited an hr after a scheduled appointment time just to have blood drawn, I ending up leaving without getting the blood work. Once I left I called and spoke to the office manager and was told they would look into the issue but yet again had the same delay. I would not recommend this office anymore, which really pains me to write, I have been going to this office for more than 20 yrs and this is how they are now attending to patients.
