He asks questions he listens to you hes punctual Ive never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in his office. Anytime we have a question and we send an email and our portal his office gets back to us right away.

5 /5 Kieu Trinh Windsor: Ive seen Dr. Dean several times now. Entire staff has been so kind. Dr. Dean and his nurse are incredibly attentive. At my age, I was apprehensive about having a male doctor. I feel just as safe and comfortable with him as I do with female doctors. Ive have had the shortest wait time than the majority of other doctor offices. I really do love everything and everyone in his office.

He is coming in to the room promptly, very considerate about ALL my illnesses, very honest, and very easy to talk to him about everything!!! I dont want any other doctors so please dont let him leave!! His nurse is also very caring and respectful. So thank you Dr Dean and his nurse!!; I cant remember her name but she is something special just as Dr Dean is.

The nurse, and Dr. Dean have been so helpful during this medical emergency. I appreciate you and your staff. Highly recommend.

Was very appreciative with Dr Dean, he answered all my questions and took time to explain everything in an understandable manner. Was very satisfied with Dr Dean, would highly recommend him if anyone is looking for a PC Physician.

Jennifer Shevokas: Totally frustrated with this office! I recently went in to go over blood work I had done, I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, but then had to waited 55 minutes before I was taken back to a room. I then sat in the exam room for another 25 minutes before a PA come in! This is it not the first or second time that I have wait over an hr for a simple appointment. Previously I waited an hr after a scheduled appointment time just to have blood drawn, I ending up leaving without getting the blood work. Once I left I called and spoke to the office manager and was told they would look into the issue but yet again had the same delay. I would not recommend this office anymore, which really pains me to write, I have been going to this office for more than 20 yrs and this is how they are now attending to patients.

I’ve never been anything but satisfied with their care through all of their well-checks, illnesses, and my various concerns. The front staff, nurses, and PA are all friendly; special shout out to Nurse April! I appreciate that Dr. O’Carroll never seems rushed to get on to the next appointment. She always treats me and my children with respect and dignity. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a local pediatrician.
