Express Care Walk-in Clinic - Granbury (TX)

3 /5 Belinda George: Wonderful experience with the staff. They were kind,empathetic and professional. However the 3 stars rating is because they were seriously understaffed. Almost 3 hour wait. There was one nurse, one tech and one PA. Waiting room was full and there was a steady stream of people coming in. They should have had the staff to accommodate the number of clients.

1 /5 Kellin Garcia: If I could give this place no stars I would!!!! Showed up at 6pm to have my 14 month old seen because of a high fever and they turned us away because “they have too many patients waiting” literally there was 2 families in the waiting room. Absolutely ridiculous! We drove all the way from stephenville because LAKESIDE said to take her here. It clearly says “walk-ins welcome” not, “limited walk-ins” if you’re not going to accept patients then DONT DO WALK INS

5 /5 Kelley Hall: I would highly recommend this walk-in clinic. I was out of town and needed care urgently. I contacted them and they were able to see me right away. From the initial call to the completion of my visit, the experience was far better than I was expecting. The staff and provider were exceptional!! Even though they were not in network with my insurance, they were much more pleasant on the phone when I called and could see much much quicker than the other urgent care in town so I chose to use them. I am so glad I did. It was definitely worth the out-of-pocket cost (which was very reasonable also) to receive such excellent care.

5 /5 Brenda Muller: Ive gone to Lakeside Physicians Express Care several times now over the last 6 months, and theyre always so friendly, take plenty of time to examine me, and thoroughly explain the treatment plan or any medications afterward. Each time Ive scheduled an appointment for either same or next day using their online scheduler. I appreciate being able to get in so quickly, especially when not feeling well - thank you!
