1 /5 Kimberly Simmons: I used This place for eye care, they were great, AT 1st. I spent between 7-800 total. 400+ on frames. My nose piece broke. They told me they didn’t carry anything that small, I told her I bought them there. She said Bastrop didn’t have 1 either and there’s nothing further they could do. The girl acted bothered. They just get your initial money but can’t follow up. I’ll never go back. I’ll tell EVERY one I know not to go and I work with the public. The lady behind the desk is awesome, she was genuinely trying to help. I wish I had the little girls name that couldn’t be bothered but the woman she called couldn’t be bothered either. If a company sells a product they should be able to fix at least the tiniest repair. Boo. Never again.

2 /5 Tammy: I drove 40 minutes just to get to LaGrange because my grandson needed glasses for school. They told me they could get him in for an exam the next day. On Tuesday we drove to La Grange and the exam went fine. He picked frames and I paid full price because we have no insurance. We were told his glasses would be back that Thursday, which happened to be the day that school started. I called Thursday afternoon, no glasses. Was told they would let me know later that afternoon if they came in. No call so I called them back on Friday and they are closed. Call this morning which is Monday. Still no glasses.

5 /5 Amanda W: LG Eye has always taken great care of my family. Dr. Solly diagnosed when my husband had a serious eye infection and helped us get to a doctor in Austin who could help him. I was able to do all of my follow up eye appointments with Dr Jones after my lasik procedure.

1 /5 Valerie Miller: Went in for the eye exam in Late October, and was told that the glasses would be ready AND SHIPPED in two weeks. Two weeks come and still no glasses. I’m a full time college student in Howard Payne and I kinda need glasses to know what i’m studying for! Called multiple times while they were open, and no answer OR a call back. Finally got them on the phone after a week of continuous calling just trying to figure out where the glasses are. Finally someone answered and told my mother that she would call her back and give her the tracking number but GUESS WHAT?! No call back so no tracking number. We call almost everyday to try and at least get a tracking number and still no one cares enough because they got their money already. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. They had attitudes from when i walked in and they don’t care enough about their job to make sure their job is done right.

2 /5 John Janak: I went to go pick up my glasses at 8 in the morning and there was nobody inside, the hours say theyd be open at 7:30. I waited for a hour and 20 minutes and called about 4 times and nobody answered, finally went home without my glasses, which is 20 miles away, then called them again and they answered first ring. I went back to get my glasses and hopefully compensated for them wasting my time and didnt help out at all.
