1 /5 Jenny Bolanos: Terrible patient care and they say they are a priority. They left me with chest pain for more than 10 hours. No doctor examined me and they didnt have me in the system. They just walk around the halls

4 /5 Kitz Villznovich: Every visit here is a good experience. Both my kids had their turn at the ER on separate occasions. The staff are nice day/night shifts. Most are helpful some lacks enthusiasm but again, they could’ve been pulling a double. I am thankful for their compassion and energy in helping those who come in thru those doors. The staffs here do love their jobs better than others. Thank you to all staff for doing your best.

The facility was impeccably clean, and the staff stood out with their professionalism, training, and courteous manners. The environment was pleasant and welcoming for patients, families, and visitors alike. I would rate the experience a full 5 stars!

2 /5 Michell Harris: I visited the emergency room on March 17 around 9-10am. First it was very empty in there maybe 2 or 3 people in the waiting room already so I thought wow Ill be in and out really fast. I went in for high bp. The hospital looked pretty clean and the wait wasnt long at all. Id say within 30 mins of getting there I had an IV and was in a room getting meds. I did end up being admitted to ICU and they were great there as well no complaints about the hospital at all. The only complaint I do have is the dialysis nurses they outsource. They did not follow procedures when handing my dialysis put on and take down. Not so long after I left there I got peritonitis and had to go back the another hospital for 8 days after being discharged here. Great hospital staff they just need their dialysis nurses retrained or get them from somewhere else before they cause any more infections or un-alive someone.

5 /5 Debby Littlefield: I went into Vintage St Lukes Hospital for a follow up mammagram and a bone density test. Everyone was so nice and supportive as well as very professional. They addressed my concerns and got me my test results quickly which was a great relief to me.. I highly recommend Vintage St Lukes to everyone. The lady who scheduled my appointment was wonderful and calmed my fears of having the tests . She went the extra mile for me!
