The staff was upfront about their recommendations, but never pushy. The technician walked me through everything and made sure I understood what was included in my service. They got me in and out quickly, and my car is running great. You can tell they care about doing the job right without trying to upsell you on things you don’t need. Highly recommend them if you want quality work and a team that respects your time. I’ll definitely be coming back!

5 /5 Cedric Smith: Very friendly staff. I go here for most of my car troubles whether it’s as simple as an oil change or something more serious. Most times you can just pop right in and get fixed, although scheduling in advance will help speed things up I almost always just show up and they get to me pretty quickly and then I’m out the door. Great group of guys, fair pricing and they do great work as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

1 /5 Saketh Gangavaram: Update: 0 stars. Not a fair place. Staff is inexperienced. Filled up so much oil that my engine is blown. Took it to another nechanic for oil analysis and found metal shavings. Car is a total loss. When I called them they said theyre happy to redo oil change but not anything more. WOW!!! 1. They filled up way beyond the max level (pic attached). This wouldve (have) blown my engine 2. Website says $70 for full synthetic but the front desk quoted $95. They didnt accept my 30$ coupon. Instead applied a 15$ coupon. Ended up paying 73 despite carrying my own oil filter and extra oil (5qts limit). 3. I carried a transmission and engine oil additive with me. They said theyll put them in. This was agreed upon before confirming the oil change. After oil change, they said they dont do transmission additives here. Completely changed their words.

5 /5 Jennifer Morgan: My daughter and I took her car to get an oil change at the Legacy Kwik Kar today. Our experience was wonderful Brian met us quickly to help guide her car to the correct area. The service was quick and efficient, such a good learning experience for my daughter. Then Dylan helped us once the service was finished and Orlin delivered the car back to us. These guys are down to earth, knowledgeable, and kind.

Scott Johnson: Id like to express my profound disappointment with your service. First of all, the Chevy Cobalt was running normally before I brought it to your location. Originally, we brought it only for an oil change and Freon, which you did, but when my wife was driving it home, it suddenly stopped and coasted to the side of the road, with the console displaying "engine power reduced", check engine light on, and the gas pedal not working. Were fortunate that this happened after shed entered the gate to our apartment, because if it had stopped suddenly on a busy road, my wife could have been killed or injured. We had to push the car together to a parking space, and it wouldnt drive at all after that. I contacted you about this just after it happened, and you claimed this wasnt caused by anything of the work you did and wasnt your responsibility and suggested I bring the car back. I had my insurance tow it back to you, and you then claimed the problem was caused by the throttle body and charged us over $500 to "fix" that. When I was about to drive the "fixed" car home, again it wouldnt start. Your mechanic got it to start, but said it probably would only drive enough to get home, claiming this was caused by the oil pump which would cost $800 to replace. I drove it home and then decided not to have your Kwik Kar touch it again because we no longer trusted you after youd charged us so much but made it worse than before each time. Wed wasted over $800 for nothing, and now my wife had to take Uber to work every day. Basically, you didnt solve the problem and only made it worse because the car was undrivable. We will now take our cars to another company and never again to your Kwik Kar, and we will not recommend you to anyone.

Luis Molina: Appointment for 10am got here at 10:51am , said they had to bring it to a shop to refill freon . Appointment for that 3pm here at 3:38pm . The price I was told for the quote was wrong went from $317.98 to 500+ now I have money held up and hours wasted when I used this service so I can fulfill other appointments during my day which had to be pushed back due to all this. Wouldn’t recommend all that time and money wasted and I still need to get my issue fixed.

It is hard to find someone that doesn’t try to take advantage of the customer (especially females) in this industry so from now on this is the only place I will have my vehicle worked on.

Tim Tomlinson: I cut a corner too sharp with my truck and scraped a concrete bollard. Buffing helped but there were long and deep scratches along with some slight warping around the wheel well and other dents. I didn’t need it fixed, but it bothered me so I decided if I could find a decent price I would get it taken care of. I checked several body shops closer to my area, but decided to drive out to Dr Auto to see what they would say. After speaking with Jose, I had found my place. They gave me a very reasonable price and did an excellent job of repairing the damage. I also had some other minor door dings and scratches which they took care of. They had the truck for a few days and had it ready within the time promised. Communication during the week was with Manny and was excellent. I was very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to return.
