1 /5 Dania Calderon: We’ve had to come back three times since picking up our vehicle due to multiple issues that were left unresolved. To make matters worse, an important car part was thrown away, causing further inconvenience and wasted time. We asked to speak with the manager, but he never came out to address our concerns or offer an apology, which was very disappointing.
Additionally, a piece of our vehicle was damaged during their work. We were told it worsened because they had to work on it, but based on the condition, it seems more like a lack of care in handling the vehicle. We’ve now had to escalate the situation to corporate.
On a positive note, the receptionist has been very kind and understanding, but unfortunately, there’s only so much she can do. Just something to keep in mind if you’re considering bringing your car here.
