5 /5 Derek Dirba: Been going to this place since my family recommended it over 25 years ago. Never done me wrong. Trusted him with an engine swap. Ford was over 250,00 miles and found metal in the oil filter. During the repair they advised about what other parts needed replacing since they already had to remove them for the swap. And they abided by my engine manufacturer requirements.

1 /5 Brian Sonnier: I am giving a 1 star because I cant give no star. Over charge on a diagnostic. Told me engine was blown when it was just a cracked head and gasket blown. After looking for new engine, I brought to a more reputable shop, The Shop on highway 35 in Alvin, they fixed in one week. It took Jack s almost 2 weeks just to falsely diagonos they problem. Will never recommend to anyone.

2 /5 William Gambino: PROS: Very knowledgeable mechanic. And despite my car sitting at his shop for three days without being looked at, he didnt charge me anything when I had to pick up my car for work. CONS: Severely understaffed, so itll be a while before your vehicle will even be looked at. Communication with Jack wasnt good because he said hed call me one day but never did; had to pick up my car after 3 days with no word on diagnosing my check engine light.

5 /5 Ally Savala: Was referred by another shop to try Jacks for my issue. John was professional and although hadnt done what I was asking, assured me he could get it done. I didnt expect same day. I didnt expect such a low price. They are honest and pleasant to deal with. They have a loyal customer.

1 /5 Sandra Monroe: Would not recommend. Was charged 3 times what i should have paid. Car still was not fixed. Women get second opinion before allowing to work on your vehicle.
