Roy Snyder: My wife went there for her annual exam and the Doctor was unshaven, did not have the equipment needed to do his job, and didn’t even have lights for the exam. He actually hurt my wife while examining her which she says seems purposefully. And furthermore if your a husband your asked to await outside. By outside I mean outside not even in the waiting room. Worst on ever. So unprofessional

Jennifer Foyt: My experience at Baylor the last two times I have gone were awful. The first time we went was because I couldn’t breathe and my oxygen was low. I sat in the waiting room for four hours progressively getting worse. I ended up leaving and going to Methodist were I was admitted for three days with severe pneumonia and had to be kept on oxygen. Baylor called 5 hours later after I left to tell me they could see me now. I was already admitted at Methodist. The second time I went to Baylor ER at 230AM on a Saturday and was not able to walk, sit, lay down due to a horrible spasm I was having in my back. The three nurses it took to get me out of my car were amazing, BUT again. I sat in the waiting for 8 HOURS in agonizing pain. I again ended up leaving at 1030AM and went to Methodist. I was seen at Methodist right away and they stabilized my pain, gave me a script and I was discharged with in two hours. I understand Baylor doesn’t have the capacity for what it takes in, but there was a man literally with his head laid open and blood running down his face and he sat just as long as I did. I don’t know if that poor man ever got seen. People will die waiting in the waiting room at Baylor. The staff was horribly rude also. Bed side manner at Baylor is awful. I do understand it’s high stress, high pace, but you have people that are sick and scared and being rude and interrogating does not help the matter. After my last 8 hour wait I will now just go to Methodist. Baylor is three minutes from my house, but I’ll drive right past it and 20minutes down the highway before I go there again.

MrMalibug: Nice facility. Most of the staff are great but there are some, very few mind you, that are just collecting a paycheck. The cafeteria, if you can find it, absolutely sucks. Service, food selection is truly non existent. The VA would better serve veterans by having a roach coach and some picnic tables. Close the cafeteria. Its useless.

Wrathics: Called in to ask if the doctor was able to do a brief consultation, as choosing a primary care physician can be extremely expensive when you are paying out of pocket, and in no way was insistent on it whatsoever. I was transferred to "Paige" who very rudely informed me "We dont DO THAT" offering absolutely zero follow up information on how to proceed. Completely unnecessary amount of spite and rudeness in her response. Will not be attempting to call back to this office or schedule an appointment at any time.

Paul Nava: I see the low reviews and would never doubt their experience. For me they have always been a top notch experience from beginning to end. Strange but l always felt like I was treated by a wonderful family. (Nursing, technicians, administration and doctors ,THANK YOU for always making it the best it can be)

Kimberly Simmons: I used This place for eye care, they were great, AT 1st. I spent between 7-800 total. 400+ on frames. My nose piece broke. They told me they didn’t carry anything that small, I told her I bought them there. She said Bastrop didn’t have 1 either and there’s nothing further they could do. The girl acted bothered. They just get your initial money but can’t follow up. I’ll never go back. I’ll tell EVERY one I know not to go and I work with the public. The lady behind the desk is awesome, she was genuinely trying to help. I wish I had the little girls name that couldn’t be bothered but the woman she called couldn’t be bothered either. If a company sells a product they should be able to fix at least the tiniest repair. Boo. Never again.
