Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center in Katy (Katy CCC) - Katy Jessica A. Talamantes: 04.09.25: My 16yo daughter needed imaging at 2:45pm. We arrived at 2. They didnt bother checking her in till 1hr later. They had a power outage during check in. Causing 30min delay for computers. As they started again, another 2ND POWER outage happen causing another 30min delay. Other patients were also waiting longer before we got there. Staff said they were short handed for the delay, but I noticed all staff was just talking and looking at phones. My daughter was in pain and missed school and other patients were also suffering waiting for over and hr or 2 before we got there. After over 1.5 hrs of waiting (no ac, doors stuck, computers down, powered out) and its was just most horrible experience. And no, they never got to see my daughter and had the nerve to send me A $518 bal due for no imaging. NEVER GO THERE! How can an emergency center and Imaging center lose power!!?? Thats crazy. I went to another MRI center the next day and they got my daughter checked in immediate, did her imaging and we were out in 30min, thank the Lord!
