4 /5 Baylee Rhoades: The only complaint is how long I had to sit in the room with my little toddler in the middle of the night, but overall our doctor was awesome. He made me feel comfortable and I felt like I was talking to a family member. He was the only doctor available so it wasn’t a big deal to us in the end because of how much he had going on. The doctor was so professional and I left feeling like I could handle my sick toddler because of how he explained everything to me and how respectful he was. We always go to Baylor!

5 /5 Norma Martinez: I was well taken care of here at Baylor Scott and White in Waxahachie. Everyone treated me good and cared for me the way I should have been treated. Dr. Drain took time to go over my Ct Scan in a very respectful, kind and concerned way.I felt so cared for by him because I could tell that he really makes time to answer every question that me and my daughter had concerning my health. He was the best. I was so happy to be in his care.May God bless him and keep him always in good health because he really cares about his patients. I was very blessed to have him as my doctor.

5 /5 Ryan Crook: ER Operations were great. They had and overflow to get you to. The doctor had a assistant that took notes while he could focus his attention and plan before even ordering tests ( this made me feel like a patient and not a number to just make money) I was out in 3.5 hours which Ill give them props as there was many patients being attended to. Baylor medical is by hands down night and day compared to Midlothian medical. Definitely go here if you want medical professionals that actually care. Thanks Dr Smith and to your nurses and medical admin.
