Pam Zinszer Thomas Payne was very friendly and helpful. I returned to the service area to replace a module that was bad on my used car. They got it done in a timely fashion and checked a few extra things that I asked them to. So everything was great. Lovin my new wheels!

Doris West Someone recommended Quality Brakes and I am so pleased that they did. It was nice and actually enjoyable to deal with a company that is actually honest, yes, courteous as well. After checking out the problem with my car, they called to say exactly what was wrong with it, no fudging! We had to leave the car there for them to fix the issue, they provided transportation as needed. Couldnt ask for anything better. Their business establishment is neat and clean and very comfortable. It was actually a refreshing experience to deal with them. Thanks guys!

Jimmy Ely Quality Auto was a referral from trusted mechanic neighbor. Issue was non-cooling A/C. Steve and crew took care late evening and completed diagnostics and repair by next evening. Very fair pricing, courteous treatment, and fast turn around. What more should I expect from any firm! We will be return customers!!

They came out to assess a water leak at the back of my RV, and I was so impressed with their service from start to finish. They were super responsive — answering my call quickly and getting me scheduled right away. They showed up on time, were incredibly knowledgeable, and had the issue assessed and fixed within minutes. Juliet Garay If I could give this place zero stars I would! The service is horrible! Telling us they are slammed with 40 to 50 cars then why are you telling us you’re free from 9am to 5pm. That sounds like a you problem. I wouldn’t even waste my time coming here! It took them 4 days to give us the Initial estimate. I asked them if they made sure to look at the back cover on our truck where the hail hit all she said was “I’ll add a note.” Call our insurance oh no they didn’t add anything like that. I wouldn’t trust these ppl with any vehicle. Pretty much trying to low ball us. “Let’s pay less money.”

robby morris I rear ended a young man at a low rated speed and had damage to my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder and too it to Joe Hudson in Cleburne Tx. Mike looked at the damage and was very helpful. Kristen works in the front taking care of the customers. Kristen called and kept me up to date on the whole process and for that I would give 10 stars if I could. The whole crew that had their hands in this I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. The washed the whole car and cleaned up the inside and shined it up to match the outside as well. I highly recommended these guys 100%.

D Underwood Theyve had our truck for over 8 months, and cashed our check in April, however we keep getting told we have "two vehicles ahead of us" and given bs excuses why they havent started work yet. At this point I just want our truck and my money back and we can fix it ourselves.

Jack Bennett If all you need is an oil change then this place is fine. I needed a brake job and alignment and I wanted to see if they could diagnose a noise I was hearing while driving. They said I needed new strut assemblies and sway bar end links. I allowed them to do the brake job and alignment but did not allow them to do the suspension because it was going to be over $2000. Brake job was fine. Alignment they charged me for an eccentric bolt to adjust the camber. That would have been fine but come to find out later they did my alignment wrong and made me pay for the wrong size bolt. I looked at the quote they gave me for the suspension job and the quick struts they wanted to order were going to cost $410 each on the front and almost $300 each in the rear. They are both less than $100 each on rockauto. Needless to say I ordered the parts myself and got help doing the job myself. It was at that point I realized they had not only ordered the wrong bolt but also damaged the threads on the bolt they made me pay for. That made the job more difficult and my alignment impossible to get perfect without buying the correct size bolt. Lazy and disappointing! Shame!

Pete Jimenez I go here to get my jeep inspected every year and have been for the past at least 7 years. They are always fast and friendly I look forward to getting my jeep inspected, oil changed and a car washed if needed. Always a pleasant experience.

Bronco Land Clearing These guys were amazing. This is the second time this year I’ve used them for our family’s vehicle needs. Our last service/repair was quite unique, involving a vehicle from our family business that got damaged on a jobsite. They handled both parties very professionally and we were very impressed. Dan and his team has won use over!! We honestly have 2 more vehicles heading there way shortly. Highly recommend using this team!!

giovannychavez1 Here For You Automotive Repair is one of the best places to get work done on your car. Amazing prices with outstanding performances. The first time I came for just a tune up and oil change. Everything was done on my car in less than 25 min (While I sat down played some Galaga, watched some Netflix with free chips and drinks). This is the second time coming here for an oil leak for my siblings vehicle. They were able to fix and take care of me and my familys vehicles. Here For You Automotive Repair really care about their customers and their vehicles. Would reccomend and looking forward on coming back again.

Brandi Solis I highly recommend this place! After spending all day speaking to several mechanics and trying to figure out why my new car wouldn’t pass inspection, I was referred to this new establishment. And so thankful I was! Not only did Jeff find the problem, he was able to order the part and receive it in about 15 minutes. He even ordered me an extra part just in case I needed it again in the future. I was so thankful he was able to repair my vehicle and pass me on my inspection. Besides how wonderful my experience was, I’d also like to mention how polite and knowledgeable all of the employees are. Jeff also has a snack bar/cold drinks/ and coffee available for his guests while you wait. I can honestly say that this has been the best car care experience I’ve ever had and these gentlemen have earned all of mine and my family’s business in the future.

Chad Blain Did a great job. Was sad to hear my car needed a new transmission. Dang ole CVT transmission only good for 100,000 miles. Transmission was replaced and we back on the road. Thank you for the good work.

Rev. Dave Tucker I really hate to leave negative reviews yet I cannot in good faith recommend this mechanic. I took my car in because I was having trouble with my transmission. They came highly recommended by a trusted friend. I was told that the transmission needed replacing and they would install a rebuilt one for around $5,000. To be fair, they helped me find financing for the repair and offered a warranty. The problem came after the work was done. I drove my car to work in Bedford a couple of days after the repair and started having issues with the new transmission. There was transmission fluid all over the parking lot where I work. And strangely I discovered my air filter was missing! They sent a tow truck at their expense and a couple days told me that a seal had slipped in the new transmission which they fixed and they found my air filter and placed it back in the car. A couple of days later, Im driving back to work in Bedford when the radiator light came on! I was able to get the car safely off in a parking lot off of Berry St. Someone had to pick me up. After work, I had someone take me back to the car where upon inspection we realized that there was a hose leading to the radiator from the transmission that had popped off... There was no sign of a hose clamp anywhere! It was as if someone had just crammed the hose on the line and left it! Upon closer inspection we noticed other strange anomolies. The radiator was not secure in its housing, there were hoses that were supposed to be connected to the engine and manifold that were missing screws. It was as if everything was thrown back together and not secured. I took the car to another mechanic and he found broken and missing parts and everything was just bouncing around. This mechanic took pictures (attached) and secured everything. I am so dissipointed in the shody work provided by D&J Auto. I will never take a car there again and I cannot in good faith recommend to anyone.
