5 /5 Xavier C: On the last day on a very long cross country road trip when our check engine came on through Wichita Falls and our car started making a strange sound. Nervous that it could be something that could leave us stranded, we pulled into Jims Garage.
James greeted me and asked how he could help, I told him the situation and he said although he was extremely busy, he would come out and take a look. After doing a quick a physical check and running a diagnostic, he determined our engine was burning through oil more than it should. We will have to work with our Hyundai Dealer to resolve some bigger issues but he got it up and running enough to make it back home.
I cannot thank James and his crew enough as they did not have to show so much care and thoughtfulness to someone just driving through. Although I may not be in the area again I hope this review serves as an example of the excellent service and knowledge of the staff here. Me, my girlfriend, and our little 10lb pomeranian can not thank Jims Garage enough.
