From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, courteous, and quick to take action. They diagnosed the issue right away and had the alternator replaced same day, which was a huge relief. Their professionalism and efficiency turned a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. I’m so grateful for the fast turnaround and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location — they truly went above and beyond!

Jerry Debord I just met Charlie and his crew today and words cannot even express the person he is. One of my guys down on his luck and van broke down. Charlie towed it to his shop and within 6 hours had the mechanical problem fixed and even topped his van off with fuel. Amazing experience for the first time ever meeting those guys. Oscar Aldana We brought our Cadillac in for a non working headlight and screen and Charlie and his guys were able to get it fixed all within the same day. By far the best experience I’ve had at any mechanic shop these guys are awesome at what they do and are very knowledgeable and passionate for the work they complete!

Ashley Speech I’m a single woman on a road trip and I was passing through this town (LUCKILY) when I heard a high pitched sound from my engine. I called this auto shop first and the woman was very helpful and got me in that morning. They were all so professional and kind, they showed me my serpentine belt and all the pieces that had broken and was dragging! They did not over charge and they were so thorough and checked out my whole van to make sure I was safe getting back on the road. Honestly this place was a blessing and the people are amazing. I’ve now made it to Colorado, Utah and back with no issues. Thank you to the mechanic that went above and beyond to make me feel safe and secure on my journey. You are so appreciated!!!

Robin Shafer Best Mechanics in Wichita Falls. They are the only ones who works on my car. I have also taken my moms car. Great and honest gentlemen. I recommend all of my family and friends I know to go to here. It may take a little while to get in but thats what happens when youre the best to go to. They always communicate with you to tell you whats wrong and how much it will cost. I have been going to Jims garage for over 10 years.

Kenneth Kang Dave is an honest, experienced mechanic/specialist, a rare breed today! From the first few minutes you speak with him, its clear that he is honest, experienced, and passionate about cars. After a short conversation, I could tell he still cares for every car that comes in. Whereas other chains said I should get new tires and brakes, Dave let me know that my parts should have at least 2 more years left on them. Dave also provides a great PPI (pre-purchase inspection), and he fit me into his schedule when he was already filled up. He charged me a very fair price, and provided a very detailed inspection of the car. Dave, I hope you get some sweet new cars soon!

Dan I rarely ever leave reviews for businesses but my experience here was so positive I felt that I needed to share it. Dave is likely the most honest and expert Honda and Toyota mechanic you will ever come across. I have worked with Dave for a long time on my old Toyota Truck. When it died and I had it towed to him, I was sure it would never run again. After countless hours of diagnosis and troubleshooting for which Dave did not charge me, not only was the truck fixed but it runs like new! The cost was so low I was concerned that I was not being fair and compensating Dave sufficiently for his time. That is how honest this man is. Another mechanic could have easily bought the truck off of me for $500 and turned around and sold it for $5,000 (it turned out to be a simple fix). Another mark of his high degree of integrity is that he will use authentic Honda/Toyota or OEM parts whenever possible for the longevity of his work. He stands behind his work and knows your car better than anyone else in the industry (even the dealer - no kidding, he wont charge for unnecessary labor that the dealer is inclined to because he knows a faster route to replacing a part, etc.). My biggest regret to being stationed away from Wichita Falls (I am in the Air Force) is that I am sure I will likely never find a mechanic with the integrity that Dave has. You can find many more positive reviews for Dave if you look on Yelp.

Juan Flores Good customer service. The waiting room has good coffee and good magazines. Waiting can sometimes take longer than expected. I suggest adding plenty of time if you are in a rush.

James Snodgrass Was in ery bad situation with my car. Took it to Kelly and he told me up front he didnt know when he could get to it. He was very busy with other projects and still got my vehicle fixed so I could make a trip I had to make to Oklahoma. He even changed spark plugs after he noticed they needed it wer a pain to get to. Will definitely recommend him to others and will use him in the Future. Thank you Kelly King.

James Huling My Audi started overheating and i called Mr Macs to schedule a drop off. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday morning and they diagnosed the issue, called me let me know what was wrong, and had everything fixed by 4:30 on the same day. (Friday) They even changed my oil also with permission ofc. My problem was solved quickly. Price was a BIT high, but sure beats riding around with an engine overheating and the AC going in and out due to hot conditions. So far A+

Daoud (Weud) I didnt catch the employee name but, the gentleman, who took care of my alignment was pleasant and very transparent. He brought into the shop to demonstrate the issues with my alignment and what they could to do to fix it. Will definitely come back if Im in the area! Bonus: I really appreciated the cleanliness and overall presentation of the facilities. Not necessary for food service but undoubtedly appreciated.

Hash Master Hands down the best quality work for the best price in town. Custom exhaust, new tires and got my bike running after sitting for 4 years. They took a while but I’d rather have someone take their time and get it right the first time

louis swinford Mark is a master mechanic earning his degree through 15+ years with Ford before opening his own business. He is capable of finding and repairing any problem u see on every inch of your vehicle. He can also diagnose a vehicle problem described to him over the phone. He has over 30 years experience and comes highly recommended

Just Jay DJ (DJJustJayOK) I get all my work done here. Tony is great at what he does, extremely hard worker, and fair with his service prices. Ive trusted him to numerous vehicles, various jobs, and he does great every time. He does really well giving you timely updates, and trying to complete service when he gives an estimate. Call in advance. I highly encourage people if youre need car service done, if its a service he offers get on his schedule. Youll thank me later! Highly recommended!
