Monica Crawford Took my 2025 Altima in on 4/14/25 for hail damage. Got it back today 5/15/25, and the check engine light was on. (The light was NOT on when I dropped it off) Mind you, no one told me the light was on, before or after I paid my deductible. After I asked about the engine light being on, Louis proceeded to tell me “O after we did our post scan of the vehicle, the diagnostic results showed the Freon sensor has an issue. So you need to take it to the dealership.” I haven’t had my car for almost a month and now I need to take to the dealership for them to fix it! And if this isn’t under warranty I’m responsible for it. Plus I have no A/C, not blowing cold air. It doesn’t bother me that they had my car for so long, I had some pretty bad hail damage. What bothers me is that they almost let me leave the lot without telling me what had happened! And they were so quick to blame the company that calibrated my vehicle. Very very poor service!

Denzel Irizarry My vehicle was damaged by the hail. I brought it in and Schae got my estimate done quick and efficiently. She kept up constant communication throughout the whole process and made sure my vehicle was properly fixed and back to me as soon as possible
