That sounded great to me until I got there half an hour before they opened, opening time came and nobody was there but me…10 minutes after opening time someone drove from behind the building to the road, right past me sitting in my truck, and left…15 minutes after opening time I called the number and it went to voicemail, which was full. Don’t waste your time with this place. Go somewhere that opens when their business hours on the door say they do and that answers their phone like a reputable business would.

Elizabeth Hallmark: I was originally told it was going to be $60 to have them come out and unlock my car. He said nothing of that being the starting price and presented it as the flat fee. The technician came in a timely manner and did a wonderful job, however when I went to pay after he opened my car I was told a completely different price of $170. Had I known that it was going to be that much I would not have done the service. I meantioned that I was told $60 and was informed to take it up with the office. I have no problem with the actual job that was done but I did feel like I was mislead on the price. Update- I called the number of the office and asked to speak to someone about the miscommunication. The gentleman told me that he would get in contact with the manager and call me back. After waiting 2 and a half hours, I called back and it went to voice-mail. Waited a bit longer and it also went to voice-mail. My boyfriend called and the gentleman answered his phone number. After explaining that he was inquiring about the call back for my case the gentleman told him he had the wrong number and hung up. This was the same number I had originally made the appointment for the service with. Use the service knowing that of there are any issues they may just decide to ignore you instead of speaking to you professionally.

ThePineapple1802: So I had a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse that needed a water pump replaced. Art Sosa came out to view the car and collected $177 to start work the next day. He rescheduled for a family emergency which is understandable, family emergencies happen all the time and we never know when this is going to happen. The next day came around and he rescheduled again saying that he wasnt feeling well after an electrical job that he did on a vehicle out in the sun. He was very apologetic in all of his text messages and did respond. When he finally came out to my car to replace the water pump my motor mount would not come off. I know that Mitsubishi can be an absolute pain in the butt but I knew that my motor mount did not need to come off to get to the water pump. Mr. Art Sosa wanted to break my motor mount off for an extra $40 saying that it must have been welded in or must have been glued in. My boyfriend and I were the ones that replaced that motor mount and we did not weld it in and we did not glue it in yes it was a pain to get in but that is because the bolts are not completely straight. Either way we both knew that the motor mount did not need to come out at all to get to this water pump. The water pump can be accessed by going underneath the car instead. I will admit it is a lot easier not having the motor mount there but there was really no need for it to come out. My boyfriend did have a conversation with mr. Art Sosa and he will admit he may have been condescending when talking to him. But again this is because we both knew that the motor mount did not need to come out at all. Mister art Sosa use the famous line "I have been a Certified mechanic for 30 years I know what Im talking about." We may be amateur mechanics but my boyfriend did grow up around mechanics and knows his way around an engine and again knew that the motor mount did not need to come out. After speaking with my boyfriend now I can imagine that mr. Art Sosa was upset I no longer wanted to continue the job. My boyfriends mother even offered to pay the extra $40 to get the motor mount off but he did not want to do the job after talking to my boyfriend I pretty much paid him $177 to come look at my car, wait two days and then have him take my tire off and put it back on. I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone at all. Has very poor work ethics and is unable to work around obstacles. Please if youre reading the comments look elsewhere for a mechanic to come out and fix your car.

He towed my truck twice, once from my house and then from his shop to a programmer. I’ve never found such service anywhere like this, only would one of my buddies did as much as he did for me and my family. He even delivered my car once it was done. He did Not have to do this. This is more than 5 star service. The biggest thing Al did was put up with me…we’re a one car family and I’m the only driver cause of health issues and this type of repair is a lengthy one and I know I didn’t make life easy. I apologize and hope I wasn’t a major pain. Thanks Al. Great work brother.

Olivia (FairyKween): Joe got my husband and I set up after we blew a tire coming from the south. Right in the middle of the highway on top of that. Not only he helped us change it (since the nuts were too tight for us to do it) but after he noticed our spare being in bad condition he followed us to a Walmart to ensure nothing else happened to us on the way. Talk about above and beyond. That said, Hubby and I are very happy with him and with the services and I have saved this place in my favorites in case of emergencies. 15/10 service. Remember folks, they do have 24 hrs mobile service, its just their shop that has the hours.
