5 /5 Olivia (FairyKween): Joe got my husband and I set up after we blew a tire coming from the south. Right in the middle of the highway on top of that. Not only he helped us change it (since the nuts were too tight for us to do it) but after he noticed our spare being in bad condition he followed us to a Walmart to ensure nothing else happened to us on the way. Talk about above and beyond. That said, Hubby and I are very happy with him and with the services and I have saved this place in my favorites in case of emergencies. 15/10 service. Remember folks, they do have 24 hrs mobile service, its just their shop that has the hours.

1 /5 Mason Leech: Broke down in a dangerous spot on the hwy within their area , called them six times!! Phone just rang till I hung up and called again , never did call back! Not reliable

Put those big ole hawg tires on it, you only life once ENJOY IT!

He is available 24 hrs a day and he took the rim and went all the way to San Antonio to get them a new tire and came back and installed it. Took a bit more than expected because of the Christmas vacations and a lot of people are traveling but they managed to keep going. I recommend him 100%.

Dick Giroux: My son posted a review after I told him about my experience at Cliffs Auto Repair in Bellville, TX. I went in to have a burned out headlight bulb replaced. I had purchased two replacement bulbs at a parts store. Paul Taylor, Service Manager, had the bulbs on both the driver and passenger sides replaced in less than 10 minutes and placed the one that wasnt burned out in a box in case I needed it later. Paul didnt charge me for the service, but asked me to come back for any thing I needed in the future. I told him I most certainly will. I asked him what type of replacement parts they use. He said on critical parts they use OEM parts, not aftermarket or salvage parts. On expendable parts, e.g. light bulbs and wiper blades, they use the best available.

I found them on google and they not only picked us up within 15 min of my call, But had our van up and running by 3pm, so they Same day! Sierra Williams: There are several reasons I will not be visiting this place again. I wouldnt recommend. I left my car yesterday (3-20-25) around lunch. The guy said he would be able to look at it at 8am this morning (3-21-25). My check engine light came on and I needed to know for sure why it would throw the code it did. Took it here. By 4pm, I still hadnt heard anything back, so I called. The man told me "oh, Ive been meaning to call you." He proceeded to tell me that my oil was low. He replaced what was missing. Never did he call me and ask if I wanted him to do that. Never communicated until I called. I was under the impression that it was my Cam shaft sensor and it was going to be covered under warranty. When I asked him why it could be low, if there were any signs of leaks, I didnt know. He said "my tech didnt see any on the concrete." He never looked under my car. So, he said he was going to send a tech out to look. Almost immediately he said the tech said there was nothing under my car indicating there was a leak. Oh. I had just gotten my oil changed in February, and it hadnt been very far. I definitely feel like he was sexist and wasnt very honest about what happened today.
