1 /5 Elizabeth Hallmark: I was originally told it was going to be $60 to have them come out and unlock my car. He said nothing of that being the starting price and presented it as the flat fee. The technician came in a timely manner and did a wonderful job, however when I went to pay after he opened my car I was told a completely different price of $170. Had I known that it was going to be that much I would not have done the service. I meantioned that I was told $60 and was informed to take it up with the office. I have no problem with the actual job that was done but I did feel like I was mislead on the price.
Update- I called the number of the office and asked to speak to someone about the miscommunication. The gentleman told me that he would get in contact with the manager and call me back. After waiting 2 and a half hours, I called back and it went to voice-mail. Waited a bit longer and it also went to voice-mail. My boyfriend called and the gentleman answered his phone number. After explaining that he was inquiring about the call back for my case the gentleman told him he had the wrong number and hung up. This was the same number I had originally made the appointment for the service with. Use the service knowing that of there are any issues they may just decide to ignore you instead of speaking to you professionally.
