Olivia (FairyKween): Joe got my husband and I set up after we blew a tire coming from the south. Right in the middle of the highway on top of that. Not only he helped us change it (since the nuts were too tight for us to do it) but after he noticed our spare being in bad condition he followed us to a Walmart to ensure nothing else happened to us on the way. Talk about above and beyond. That said, Hubby and I are very happy with him and with the services and I have saved this place in my favorites in case of emergencies. 15/10 service. Remember folks, they do have 24 hrs mobile service, its just their shop that has the hours.

cris arme: This man helped my family memebers while they were traveling to come visit me. He is available 24 hrs a day and he took the rim and went all the way to San Antonio to get them a new tire and came back and installed it. Took a bit more than expected because of the Christmas vacations and a lot of people are traveling but they managed to keep going. I recommend him 100%.

Dick Giroux: My son posted a review after I told him about my experience at Cliffs Auto Repair in Bellville, TX. I went in to have a burned out headlight bulb replaced. I had purchased two replacement bulbs at a parts store. Paul Taylor, Service Manager, had the bulbs on both the driver and passenger sides replaced in less than 10 minutes and placed the one that wasnt burned out in a box in case I needed it later. Paul didnt charge me for the service, but asked me to come back for any thing I needed in the future. I told him I most certainly will. I asked him what type of replacement parts they use. He said on critical parts they use OEM parts, not aftermarket or salvage parts. On expendable parts, e.g. light bulbs and wiper blades, they use the best available.
