5 /5 Angela Mitchell: I made an appointment through there website and dropped off my car. I was greeted with very friendly staff. I finished my errands and picked up my car 2 hours after drop off and it was ready. They gave me a read out of what they fixed. I would have to say that the whole team is fast and efficient along with friendly.

5 /5 Melanie Bruno: Brought a car here for a pre-purchase inspection. The team here was so thorough, giving me a package of information including details and pictures of all the components of the car, and they walked me through all of my concerns. It not only made me feel confident about purchasing the car, but I brought the report back to the dealership and showed them the 2k in urgent work that needed to be done and was able to negotiate with them to get the work done before purchase! The waiting room was also very comfortable. I was in there for 90 minutes with a 3-year-old, but they had a kids area with toys and some snacks/drinks and we had no trouble at all!

1 /5 Dafne Wineroth: Won’t be back. Don’t let the name fool you. Not honest or transparent at all. I came in with a vapor valve needing to be replaced, something I knew because I used my error code reader. Sure, still charged me $185 for diagnosis. Thought I was getting taken for a ride by my Carmax warranty because they were only willing to pay $66 towards the $160 charge for the part. Turns out that is exactly what the part retails for, checked AutoZone and genuine Chevy parts online. This place doubled down, they reserve the right to mark up the parts as they choose on some margin they weren’t able to disclose to me, wouldn’t tell me how much they paid for my part, just that they weren’t gonna budge on what they charged me. Ladies, make sure you ask ALL the questions, don’t let anyone think you don’t know what you’re talking about before you leave your car with a mechanic shop like this one.

5 /5 Eric Spikes: Nice, quick, keep you up to date. You really get the feeling that the Honest name isn’t just a moniker. Good people. And a rewards program! Was pleasantly surprised when I got $15 off my oil change. They’ve done a couple extra things too. Like fortified some wiring that was chewed (wasn’t me…probably the kids). Aired up my tires. They reset the oil meter on my car after the change (I’d never remember). They seem pretty thorough and will take care of you. Plus…and this is a big one…there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts just across the parking lot. Work and get caffeinated while they fix you up. Breakfast all day (and highly underrated). Pro tip: go with croissant on the breakfast sandwich. You’re welcome.

5 /5 Carrie Schilling: Their name lives up to their standards! The facility was immaculate, customer service was absolutely unmatched! As a woman who doesn’t know much about vehicles, it can be a little nerve racking when car issues arise, but I feel better knowing that I will be taking my vehicle here moving forward.
