1 /5 A. Rodgers: I dropped my car 2002 Mercedes Benz off in June 2024 for electrical issues and a tire replacement. I didn’t get my car back until Sept 2024. After I picked my car up, I found that the technicians broke the insert where my taillight bulb goes. Keep in mind, it wasn’t broken before the mechanics got my car. It worked fine. Now in order to fix my tail light I’d have to pay $200 for a used housing for the tail light. My car failed inspection because of the tail light so I can’t get my tags until the tail light is fixed. And now after paying $905 for them to fix an electrical issue, the same issue they apparently fixed has now occurred again.
The mechanic didn’t offer to fix what they broke but instead said, “aw yea my mechanic told me about that” but they didn’t offer to fix what THEY broke!
We’re never going back or recommending anyone to them again.
The integrity and quality of this business has gone down the drain, now I guess it’s just all about quantity.
