Hillcountry Collision worked with my insurance company and myself to repair the entire front end, installed new dashboard, replaced air bags, and installed a new deer guard bumper. They did a great job and I highly recommend their business for any and all automotive repairs.

It is a very difficult time when you have car issues and there are many businesses that try and exploit that vulnerability, but not these folks. They genuinely care and do everything they can to get your vehicle fixed properly and do an awesome job of being open and honest about the process. All questions and concerns are taken seriously and you know what is the status of your repair the entire time. Hillcountry Collision Lampasas works with all the major insurance companies and has good relations with them, which enables the claims to be dealt with fairly and quickly. If you do have to get vehicle repairs or work done Id recommend them. James will take care of all issues if there is any you may have with the completed vehicle. Brian McNeal: PROS: Knew what my situation was and ordered my tires. Tires arrived the next day and were mounted and installed - something other tire dealers had refused to do. CONS: 1) A little bit of cleaning would go a long way. The lobby shouldnt look like the shop. When customers can spend up to two hours waiting for their vehicle, something more in the way of reading material should be provided besides a few automotive sales brochures. I wouldnt even mind reading 2 or 3 year old magazines at that point. 2) Communication between the front and the shop needs to be improved. Worker did not get the message about how to handle the exchange of 4 new tires for 5 tires on the vehicle.

Frederick Bourgeois: Currently going through a lawsuit with this company. I have spent over $4500.00 and my F350 King Ranch Diesel truck is still inoperable which is still located at their shop. This company had my truck over 7 months and I had to bring it back twice for repairs. I tried to get my truck from their shop, but Paul Branham charged me for another diagnose which should have been done correct the first time. I had driven my truck maybe 2 weeks out of the 7 months this shop has had my truck. I am a combat veteran and never experienced anything like this with an auto repair shop. Thank God me and my son did not have an accident on that busy Ft. Hood street when the truck shutdown.

Dropped the car off this morning as scheduled and was told he could only look at it today and any work that would need to be done would be another 2 weeks. When my husband called to check the status of the car, he said I am not going to look at it for 2 weeks. So we sent my daughter to pick it up since it would be another 2 weeks and was told we lost our place in line and that he does not call people back when he has time. I left our positive review as we did have great service in the past, but when we call ahead and make an appointment and we understand that business is good, we dont expect to be treated like this, he could have very easily called us and asked for us to reschedule.
