1 /5 Frederick Bourgeois: Currently going through a lawsuit with this company. I have spent over $4500.00 and my F350 King Ranch Diesel truck is still inoperable which is still located at their shop. This company had my truck over 7 months and I had to bring it back twice for repairs. I tried to get my truck from their shop, but Paul Branham charged me for another diagnose which should have been done correct the first time. I had driven my truck maybe 2 weeks out of the 7 months this shop has had my truck. I am a combat veteran and never experienced anything like this with an auto repair shop. Thank God me and my son did not have an accident on that busy Ft. Hood street when the truck shutdown.

Dropped the car off this morning as scheduled and was told he could only look at it today and any work that would need to be done would be another 2 weeks. When my husband called to check the status of the car, he said I am not going to look at it for 2 weeks. So we sent my daughter to pick it up since it would be another 2 weeks and was told we lost our place in line and that he does not call people back when he has time. I left our positive review as we did have great service in the past, but when we call ahead and make an appointment and we understand that business is good, we dont expect to be treated like this, he could have very easily called us and asked for us to reschedule.
