Frederick Bourgeois Currently going through a lawsuit with this company. I have spent over $4500.00 and my F350 King Ranch Diesel truck is still inoperable which is still located at their shop. This company had my truck over 7 months and I had to bring it back twice for repairs. I tried to get my truck from their shop, but Paul Branham charged me for another diagnose which should have been done correct the first time. I had driven my truck maybe 2 weeks out of the 7 months this shop has had my truck. I am a combat veteran and never experienced anything like this with an auto repair shop. McCune Family DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!! Jeremiah is so shady. He and his wife purchased a vehicle from me back in July. I filled out the paperwork he needed on the buyers side and he signed a bill of sale for me. I wanted him to finish filling out the buyers paperwork so I could get a picture for my records but he said that was all that needed to be done, so no need. Given that he has a lot of experience in buying and selling cars, I figured I was good to go. November rolls around and I start getting toll bills. I reached out and he completely ignored me. I had a newborn and wasnt concerned with hounding him. I disputed the tolls and moved on. Then, I got another from another toll company. The toll companies wouldnt accept my dispute with my bill of sale. I reached out again. It wasnt until I posted on his FB page that he was ignoring me that he responded. He replied that he gave the vehicle to his son (who lived with him ..per our conversation when he bought it) and didnt know if it was transferred. I acknowledged that I sold the vehicle to HIM and I keep getting late notices because he keeps ignoring my attempts. Silence. I have sent him pictures. I have continued to reach out. Here we are, at the end of January and it turns out, they still havent transferred the vehicle. When I asked him to provide me something that showed they transferred the vehicle, he sent me a form to fill out with the DMV. NOTHING on his end. Now I know why. Definitely dont leave your plates...hell, I wouldnt trust him to touch my vehicle for any reason. I gather his business practices are less than ethical considering his lack of conscience and moral compass.

I was notified it was ready after only 1.5 weeks. They noticed more damage than what ended up on the report and didn’t even try to request OEM parts — just said “GEICO will deny it.” Felt like they were working for the insurance company, not me. I had to do all the follow-up myself just to get fair coverage. Doesn’t seem like they advocate for the customer at all, and I highly recommend you get yours done elsewhere.

We were far from home and running out of daylight (and battery). Then one shop returned my call - Johnnie McGehee of McGehee Automotive. If I could bring the parts he would fix our car. Oh yeah, did I mention it was me, my wife & our 4 boys. Luckily was able to get the part and made our way to the shop. The battery was dying and as we pulled in the system was failing. Johnnie was just as friendly and gracious as could be. He didn’t waste any time and within a couple hours and some good conversation he had us back on the road. Great work. Very fair price. Brian McNeal PROS: Knew what my situation was and ordered my tires. Tires arrived the next day and were mounted and installed - something other tire dealers had refused to do. CONS: 1) A little bit of cleaning would go a long way. The lobby shouldnt look like the shop. When customers can spend up to two hours waiting for their vehicle, something more in the way of reading material should be provided besides a few automotive sales brochures. I wouldnt even mind reading 2 or 3 year old magazines at that point. 2) Communication between the front and the shop needs to be improved. Worker did not get the message about how to handle the exchange of 4 new tires for 5 tires on the vehicle.
