1 /5 Kayson Wood: didn’t answer any of my phone calls or messages then refused to give me a TB test in a timely manner. receptionist was extremely rude. i hope y’all’s day is awful

1 /5 Edith Owens: Everyone there is very nice. The nurses are nice the staff is nice and the doctors are nice but I also agree calling back it is a nightmare I was placed on some medication that you can’t go without or it don’t work while trying to get paperwork done in the right prescription For me now I’m sitting here without my medicine no one will call me back to let me know what’s going on. It’s very just disappointing and very frustrating. I’m 62 years old and I can honestly say I have never had an experience like this in my life. It’s enough that it makes you just want to cry. So instead of crying about it, I found a new doctor today one that has promised that they will not let me go without my medication and promise me that they will return my phone calls Very very happy and satisfied now. I hope when these doctors go out on their own and get their own practices that they have enough compassion to do a lot better for their selves, and what they are doing.now

1 /5 Trashawna Stephens: If I could give them 0 stars I would, I went in for a yearly check up on December 12th was told I would get my results and a call withing a week, it is now January 13th I have yet to have got a call, and everytime I call which is like everyday, they they never answer the phone or have yet to call me back. Which makes me angry and disappointed in their services. GET IT TOGETHER OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS, because I mean what is the point if your not going to answer nor return calls. Just saying

1 /5 thats classified information: Worst experience ever. I just went for shots for my child before school. We were the third person there. 2.5 hrs later and everyone who came in after bypassing we made it back. When asked why, "Im not sure what the hold up is" is the response. Just pay the price at the doctor or eat a big meal before going

1 /5 Joseph Benson: WORST HEALTH DEPARTMENT EVER!!!! My wife had an appointment at 3:20 PM. She was not called back until 4:10 PM. When she was cled back she was told shed still have to wait another 10 - 15 minutes. Why do they schedule you an appointment time if they have no plan on following through with it. The director personally told me they were backed up due to other people being in the back and if we had left we wouldnt have been charged any money. YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!
