Unfortunately, the next day we did have an issue with the wipers when it started to rain and we were 2 hours away from home. Classic responded immediately and said they would send someone to our location. However we were in a hurry to get to an appointment and had to get it fixed at a local dealership who didn’t charge us. Classic was on the phone with us the whole time and even had a service tech heading our way, just in case.

Bobby Pruitt: The place was very difficult to get into. Was WAY over priced for an oil change. This particular location has no idea how to be busy, which is the goal of EVERY BUSINESS! I was thoroughly disappointed as this once was a Quik Kar Lube and was run much more efficiently. If I hadnt been in the bind I was in, I wouldnt have done my business there.

Russell Catlin: About 3 weeks ago I call about my 2021CRV with less than 40000 miles. Ever warning washing off. I was told it could be serviced on 24 March. I told them that I had purchased my car at Living with an extended warranty. Told I would have to wait until 24 March. Drove to the dealership and was treated bad and told to take it to another Honda dealership by someone who said he is the sales manager. Went to Loving Nissan talked to the manager and he sent me to see Trey at Loving Toyota. I told him what happened.I also told him I wanted to talk to the owner of Loving Honda. I got a call from the manager of Loving Nissan later that day. Was told to bring in my car on Monday they checked to out and had to order parts. I took it in on the 30 January. All the warnings warnings were off. To day February 15 when I went to drive my car I tried to use the cruise control and it was not working. I called and left a message for Trey to speak with him about the car if he could give me a call. He never called me. I really want to speak to the owner of all the Loving dealership. I have told 3 managers and still havent been called by the owner.

street dreamz official: the guy is old. everytime i went to check on the progress he made he would always tell me "im checking it tomorrow morning" this went on for 2 months everytime i would check on him he was (workin on his own car) 2(drinking beer) 3(talking to what seemed to be friends instead of customers) 4(giving excuses for not having opened the hood once on my car) i drove my car home fixed it within the week by myself. i urge the lufkin huntington area to stay away from this shop. i would have given (zero) stars
