1 /5 Femme Traveler: First appointment was best although hair not exactly how I wanted it. 2nd time tried calling and texting several times with no response. 3rd time my hair still not correct. After she processed it 3 times, I asked her to ask another stylist. The other stylist told her what I had been saying, i need to go under dry to bring up color correctly. I was going to give her 1 more chance but she cancelled my appointment right after i made it, 3 times. So Im done.

Sadie Van Schalkwyk: This was my first time and The Mirror and I salon, WILL NOT be the last!! I asked for a “90’s layered bob” as my hair is super flat and I wanted some bounce and dimension. My stylist was Kendall, she was incredibly sweet and carried wonderful conversation, and she greatly exceeded my expectations! I was immediately greeted and in the chair within a minute of arriving. She listened intently to all my wants and concerns and got straight to work. I was BLOWN away by my outcome!! I have never left a salon feeling so sexy and luxurious! (I also was in and out in under an hour!!!) I highly recommend this salon, especially sweet Kendall!

She also curled it some way that it actually STAYED curled the rest of the day. My hair barely holds a curl, so I was super impressed. Thanks, Tani! The salon itself is really nice, there is always parking, and the people who work there are polite and really listen. I highly recommend!

Hajila Kimeria-Njenga: I love this salon and the people here. Its my 3rd visit and to me this is like a spa treatment and time to unwind. Their wash and steam treatment service is thorough. My scalp has suffered from itchiness and dryness for years but after getting my washes done here my scalp has healed. Ive been served twice by Christian and Constance-who does a wonderful job at trimming hair. Everyone is really nice, friendly and professional. They are gentle on your hair watching to not damage your edges. I highly recommend them!
