Yaya Velasquez Pooju Beauty is AMAZING!!! I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for 6+ years and she is absolutely the best. I never leave reviews but I had to make sure that she is given credit for her great work. Her facials are SUPER relaxing and will have your skin GLOWING. Super knowledgeable in her craft and has a very relaxing workspace. Would recommend her to EVERYONE.

Wafa Bhayani I’ve been going to Pooja for over 6 months now (probably longer!) and could not be more happier with the results for my eyebrow threading!! She has the lightest touch to give minimal pain to the client, something I always try to look out for. Big big fan of the punch card system to get a free threading after 10 sessions!!

I usually get a Brazilian and full leg wax, and I have no complaints with the experience. Brandi Smith I have been getting lash extensions with Destiny at Rush Beauty Bar for many years but had started a new job so I wasn’t going to be able to go in for lash fills anymore. I decided my best option was to remove them and do a lash lift and a lash tint. I am so happy with the results. Femme Traveler First appointment was best although hair not exactly how I wanted it. 2nd time tried calling and texting several times with no response. 3rd time my hair still not correct. After she processed it 3 times, I asked her to ask another stylist. The other stylist told her what I had been saying, i need to go under dry to bring up color correctly. I was going to give her 1 more chance but she cancelled my appointment right after i made it, 3 times. So Im done.

Kyle Milligan Shannen has cut both mine and my fathers hair for many years now. She is a wonderful human with an incredible talent. She listens and executes exactly what youre looking for, with many spa inspired options such as warm towels, shampoo & conditioning, and beard trimming just to name a few. Ive paid significantly more for a worse haircut at other places before I found Shannen, and wont be going anywhere else as long as I live in Central Texas.

Noor Nazeer Ive been to Shannen twice now and I absolutely love her! She is very professional, clean, and enthusiastic about her work. For the first cut I went in for, I wanted a short A-line bob. I showed her a reference photo and it came out looking exactly like it! I realized I wanted to go even shorter so I came in for a pixie cut next. Again, Shannen was very helpful and communicative in ensuring I got my desired cut. Plus her haircuts are so cheap! Only $35 for each of the cuts I got. I will definitely be back and I absolutely recommend!

Cristal Carrillo I want to start by saying I absolutely love my hairstylist here. I have been coming here for the past couple of years. Now for the past few visits I have noticed that there are kids roaming the hall and at one of my appointments there was a child screaming and crying for the duration of my 3 hour appointment. Look I know kids will be kids but this seems a bit extreme.

Victoria Alanna I highly do not recommend this salon. I have had blue hair for the longest. It is a solid blue from root to tip. I asked her to retouch my roots. I left very unsatisfied. She didn’t not give me a mirror to see the back and I see why. I contacted her numerous times, called her 3 times sent pics and was never contacted back. My hair is green now, and the back doesn’t even looked bleached at all. I was charged $400 for this service and now I will be paying more out of pocket for a color correction. Please save yourself the hassle and go to another salon!

Cabéan-Grant LaToya (Nyree) First I would like to discredit the 1 star review saying salon doesnt do black people hair. I have been going to Jen since 2014 and was just there yesterday. And she always does my hair great! As a matter of fact she is the only one I trust with my color and cuts. I live in GA and travel to texas just so she can do it. So I dont think I would do that if she wont do black people hair. Lady must have called the wrong salon, because no one there would have spoke to her on the phone in such a rude way. Thank you Jen for never disappointing me with my hair choices. I added pics for proof.

Rachel Jacobs I would like to take a moment to discredit the 1 star reviews posted today. I was in the salon and had an appointment at the same time as the fellow customer (oh yes, there are two reviews because I’m guessing she got her husband to post a review even though he didn’t even come in). My hair already had color in it when this customer came in, 20 minutes late for her appointment and demanded to have her full service, despite not even calling to say she would be 20 minutes late for a 1 hour time slot. She was disrespectful by not communicating she was running late, and then tried to argue as to why she deserved to push the stylists whole day behind. I have been a client of Jen’s for over 3 years now and willingly pay for an amazing experience and the best hair color I’ve ever had. To accuse her of paying people for good reviews just further discredits the opinions of those who cannot respect a hard working individual or the business that has been built from it. Service businesses have cancellation and late-show policies for a reason. And you wouldn’t dare argue with a doctor if you showed up 20 minutes late, so the fact that you would argue with another professional with the same policies shows your disrespect for the profession. Amp’Diva is not just a salon I go to. I’m not just a client. Jen knows me personally and knows all of her clients just the same. When you come to Amp’Diva you join their family and are treated with service that is beyond excellent. I will never let someone else touch my hair.

Odalyz I got a haircut by Sue. She was so professional and a pleasure to talk to. This place is locally owned by a hardworking couple, Mo and Sue. I wanted my hair washed she was able to cut and style my hair. Id come back.

Nia Wright Eva is amazing! I found her on Facebook and needed a deep conditioning/detangle before getting my hair re-braided. Eva got in me, no hassle, and was beyond professional. I am very excited for future appointments. Also- I love the atmosphere. It’s very peaceful and relaxing.

Tiffany Joseph My appointment was scheduled for 8am. I walked in and everything was beautiful and clean. Eva greeted me, and in less than 5 minutes she started on my hair. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was unsure about some things concerning my hair, but she answered all my questions and gave me instructions on how to maintain my hair. The finish product of my hair was beautiful!
