My hair is short and thinning, but Jeans magic makes it look stylish and full. She gives me tips how to style my hair so that it looks good in between services. Jean does my color and highlights every 5 to 6 weeks. I always know that my hair will be fabulous after Jean works on it. I highly recommend her.

She will push you “gently” to try something new, which for me is what I need! LOVE HER!

She helped me choose a cut that is both complimentary for me and easy to keep on a daily basis. The rest of the staff here are all very friendly, professional, and pleasant to be around. This salon has a wide assortment of products to maintain your specific hairstyles great looks. It is always neat and clean, and has a relaxed atmosphere. You cant leave here without feeling and looking your very best!

Tricia Johnson: I first made my appt thinking the salon was located in Georgetown per the ad but it was in Round Rock. I was looking for someone closer but decided to go ahead. I used Google to find the studio but it kept dropping me off in the wrong place. I arrived maybe 10 min late and apologized profusely explaining what happened. This was for a 2+ hour appt. Jen immediately told me I was late and she had cancelled the appt. She didnt want to hear anything and told me I would have to reschedule but would owe the fee. Since I knew I was a few minutes late I was going to offer to walk out wet to make up for it but she would hear anything and told me to leave. I was pretty upset but left. Subsequently, she sent a nasty email to me which was very unprofessional. I would never go back. She charged me $190 for 10 min. I would give a 0 star if possible. Total lack of professionalism.

She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and always delivers. The location is nice, clean, and in a great spot.
