Jorge Diaz-burgos: Horrible experience. This its the kind of Dr thats there for the money and not the patients well being. I felt judged ignored neglected and not taken seriously.
Gillian Armstrong: I am posting for my husband. Saw the FNP on Tuesday and she was rude and nasty to him, so he was scheduled to see Dr. Dye on Friday. Went to his appointment which was 3:20pm, sat for over an hour past his appointment. He went to ask what the hold up was, and finally just left. All they told him was, goodbye. Thanks to this offices incompetence, he will have to wait a few more months on his heart and diabetic medication. Thanks for nothing!!
A: It is very convenient that each department has a reception area. I took a ticket, and they called me. They confirmed my identity, asked the reason for my visit, and what needed to be done. I waited for about five minutes, and then they called me in for an X-ray. After five minutes, I was done, and an hour later, they called to inform me of the results. Everything was handled promptly. The only downside was that the woman at the reception was not very nice or friendly.
