1 /5 Sara Bozeman: Impossible to get someone to pick up the phone. They asked for labs. I sent them and didnt hear anything for weeks. I called back. They claimed they never received them. Resent. Then they asked for records, physicians visit comments, and a physicians note. Why didnt they say that at the beginning? Why would I use the same system that didnt work the first time? Difficult to work with and they refused to schedule an appointment. No, thank you.

5 /5 Kathy Goodman: I recently had a colonoscopy where my pre-test results were very questionable. I was scared going in not knowing what I was facing, i found the phone staff very professional and kind. The nursing staff communicated efficiently with scheduling and got me right in due to me having to reschedule twice. - Dr. Brooks Cash could not have been more communicative and caring. It was a VERY positive experience and I would not go anywhere else in the future.

1 /5 tereyna ancira: no one is ever available to answer the phone. you have to leave voicemails and with multiple people complaining about the same thing and sending feedback, they still havent done anything to improve. i was suggested this office by a family member and this has just been a complete nightmare the last month. edit to add: i was told to fax/email my medical records for my appointment and i get to the appointment and nothing was uploaded or put into the system. i was diagnosed elsewhere with something but i was spoken to like i dont have what i know i have and told i have two other things wrong with me, on top of, the doctor focused on a medical issue that i had ONCE.

2 /5 Doug Watkins: Waited over two hours with my wife in the waiting room. No one even bothers to come out and tell you anything. I understand things happen but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable.

1 /5 Cindy Rosales: I have been trying to set up an appointment for over 3 weeks now, they don’t answer the phone. I’ve called multiple times, this is extremely unprofessional. We call for a reason because we are seeking help not for fun. Hire more people to answer the phone instead of cramming all the work to 1 employee. Even after I left messages I never got a call back. If this is the start of trying to book an appointment then can you imagine how unorganized they may be in the office and the lack of care they may have I don’t plan to pay and find out. They don’t care because they have doctors referring their clients to them trusting they are in good hands buts it’s the complete opposite.
