She really made my experience easy and comfortable super nice and caring, went above and beyond for me! Thanks to autoría in nursery as well. Her advice has helped me so much and she was so nice and patient with us!! First time parents and we are more at ease with this experience.

5 /5 Sharon J1234: My 92 year old Mother received excellent care from ER coming in with double pneumonia and UTI. She spent 6 nights under HCA care. The doctors , Nursing staff, and aides were all very understanding and very polite.

5 /5 Noemi Bibriesca: I could not have chosen a better place to take my mother. Everyone was extremely sweet and helpful. Dr. Stewart is the perfect example of a person who was made to be a doctor. She was empathetic, kind and knowledgeable. She took her time to both listen and explain things to me and looked for the best solution in my mother’s case. Rose who was her nurse for the reminder of the night was sweet, bubbly and energetic and really brought comfort and joy to my mother. All around a pleasant experience during an unpleasant situation. We didn’t feel like just another patient filtering through in comparison to many other medical facilities. I’m very grateful for everyone here. ❤️

2 /5 Donna Dresch: It was not a positive experience. I had to urinate and they handed me a bed pan and walked away. Leaving in my state of mind without assistance. I pissed myself, twice. No one offered to clean me. The staff was disrespectful. I was out of it for the rest of ER.

5 /5 Ray Borrego Sr.: I was taken into the ER by ambulance after a fall. Everyone in the ER was great, they took very good care of me and even asked my wife if she was OK also. After I was admitted the doctors and nurses also looked after me like my Mom would. They were attentive and personable. I was told what happened to me and what they were going to do to make me get better. I would highly recommend this ER and Hospital to anyone needing attention.

Gabriela Berrios: Absolutely horrendous place, I called in the morning on a Saturday asking until what time they take patients they said 3:30 even though the online page says 7pm, thats fine I came in at 3:15 and they denied to see me with the excuse they had too many patients inside even though the parking lot was completely empty, I was the only car outside. Never again coming here!

Lisa Lyric: Im so happy with my visit! I went today because I could tell I had an ear infection, I dont have insurance and I knew they were reasonably priced. I also knew they predominantly spoke Spanish and I only know English...it was a lady at the desk and a lady Dr and both did great at using the English they knew and when we couldnt understand each other, they used a translator on their phone. It worked just fine! They were super sweet. I got a couple shots and they called my prescriptions in...couldnt have asked for a better visit.

Sharon Hutson: Everyone was very pleasant. Especially the receptionist. However I likely would not have chosen this facility if I had known they do not have an actual doctor to see you. The NP was helpful but that is not the point. I went with the hope of finding a new GP. Didnt work out that way unfortunately. But Ive learned an important question on my next try. And they want $175 a visit if you dont have insurance. Wow!!
