Sherry McCoy I have never had someone take care of my nails who gives such attention to details! Star does a fantastic job with my gel manicure. It may take a little longer than others, but the quality is outstanding. While the space is small, she is sensitive to my needs. I especially love her vacuum that attracts ALL of the dust from my nails while she is filing them! Every surface is clean and sanitized, and I feel very comfortable. Hannah was fabulous and took her time to ensure my nails were perfect for my big day! They look exactly like I asked for (almond shaped, milky white with chrome) and Im so pleased with how they turned out. Diana (DianaC) The lady was super nice and everyone was sweet but the nails? No. They didn’t clean around my cuticles or even smooth out the nail bed. I got a French gel tip on FRIDAY and they started coming off by Monday. This was from just showering or idk what happened but this has never happened to me before. lol this one was closer so I came here but I’d rather drive 30 mins to my regular nail salon, they clean my nails really well and my nails last so long for like 3 weeks. I’m not sure what this nail salon does differently or what happened but I don’t recommend.

Brandi Mann Not happy at all with the service. Not even 24 hours my nails were migrating from the dip and when I asked for them to be fixed, I was only offered a service that “cut corners”. I asked Johnny to please start over and soak them off and instead of hearing me out, insisted to do it his way by applying more glue and cutting the nail. When clearly they were not done properly. When a customer is spending hundreds of dollars with your business, I suggest you do what makes them happy, rather than unheard. This is for an engagement dinner for myself and now I need to go elsewhere and start over. Requested a partial reimbursement. No response yet. I tried to stay and have them corrected and come at the slotted time and Johnny couldn’t sit down for two minutes to properly give me attention since HE himself requested for me to come at that time. Absolutely terrible. Hanna and Tina are great though.

Nicole Dip on natural nails. The file shape was sloppy & uneven. There are multiple areas on the sides that are missing the powder. They are super thick. There’s still powder & residue all over my fingers. A piece of hair & some other residue went on the nail while doing the finishing polish & instead of trying to get it off it was painted over a lot to try to hide. Love to tip good service but this was so disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Kelsey Summers I went in to quickly get a fresh coat of gel on my natural nails and a manicure with it. My nails were thick and healthy mind you. First thing Nathan does is takes out the nail grinder to remove my old coat of gel polish. Grinds my nails down to a point where I can feel pain through my entire nail bed they are so thin. I tell Nathan to switch to dip because they are so thin. They come out different shapes and super thick. The amount of glue under my nail is ridiculous. I ask Nathan to remove the glue under my nail, they try but clearly didn’t do it. On top of that it took them 6 tries to finish the top coat on one of my nails. Also the “manicure” I paid for was Nathan dabbing a pea sized amount of lotion on the back of my hands and rubbing it in while my nails were still wet for a grand total of maybeeee 30 second. All in all I was hoping for a quick trip to the nail salon, took two hours and I deeply regret giving this place a chance. Should have driven 30 minutes to M Nail bar near north park, they never mess up. 10/10 do not recommend and will not be returning

Sun Moon Located in the heart of Austin Ranch, this spa is a well-maintained and peaceful retreat within the colony. From the moment we walked in, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The receptionist greeted us warmly, provided a menu card. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch. For our services, I opted for a manicure, while my wife chose both a manicure and a pedicure. we were impressed by the wide variety of nail colors available. The staff was incredibly patient and helpful, offering great recommendations. Even when we tried a nail color and decided we didn’t like it, they were more than happy to change it without hesitation. Highly recommended !!

Rebeca Albuquerque Dias If you’re looking for the best nail tech, go to Nail Bar and ask for Kate! She is absolutely amazing! Kate is super attentive to detail, and her work is flawless every time. Whether you’re looking for a simple manicure or something more creative, she nails it (pun intended). The salon itself is fantastic, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone there is so nice, but Kate truly stands out with her incredible skills and professionalism. Highly recommend!

C P This place was very clean and welcoming! I felt right at home. They offered polishes that other salons have never offered to me before that last a long time! Daniela made me feel very welcomed. She was very nice and sweet and was getting to know me the whole time. I did not feel rushed out like I have at other places in the past. UPDATE: it’s been two weeks and my thumb nail has chipped off. Pretty normal for gel but wanted to show this. Going to book again!

Haelin Kim-Jo The first time I’ve been here went great. My Acrygel nails lasted full 2 weeks. This time around I was very disappointed because she just kept piling on the color resulting in my nails looking like they’re too thick rather than looking natural. Also one finger was lifting within 1 day which I’m not happy about. Also communication issue is huge but the owner does a great job translating, so make sure you talk through her when you need something in particular.

Cessna Young I had to reschedule a pedicure last week due to teacher hours and they were so kind about it. My sister went in my stead and she LOVED the place. I was finally able to come in and I was not disappointed. The husband was very kind and explained all my options in detail. Despite a language barrier, the manicurist was gentle, thorough, and talented. A very cozy little salon that gives an atmosphere of welcoming and homey energy! I definitely will be coming back!

Janelle Escudero I am so incredibly happy with how my nails turned out. This is my first time here, and I requested some ombre dipped nails. The gentleman that did it was new and he did AMAZING! I unfortunately did not get his name but he was precise and checking to make sure that I loved it. I highly recommend going and asking for the man that did these nails.

Saaru A Peter did my nails and a very unpleasant and unprofessional nail tech- I had gotten my nails short for a original classic French tip and he did this so called “coffin” in which way goes these nails look they’re in coffin shape? My nails are bumpy and not smooth! All the French tips have a different style on it! No way in God’s name does my look in coffin shape. Been to this establishment few times and I left not fully satisfied but this time I was beyond disappointed! Peter got his tone high with me and snatched off the uv light off my hand while it was running. He said to me “ if someone doesn’t like your nails come shoot me” not only once but twice! Why would you even say that? Secondly he was just very ignorant and said he stayed late for me! No sir you stayed late to do your job. I got there Wednesday night at 630pm and he had to soak my nails it’s part of the job! I wanted a coffin shape with a V French and he couldn’t perform that to make his and my life easy I went ahead and asked for a classic French and he messed up and he did what he thought it was right! I wanted dip on my natural nails and got talked into a more expensive service that came out SO BAD! I am headed to a different nail spa only a few minutes later to get it fixed.

The issue isn’t about the cost of your services—I run a nail shop myself, so I’m well aware of the pricing. I NEVER complained about the price. The real problem is that I don’t feel your nail technicians are listening to what the customer wants. My technician kept insisting on a refill for the next appointment, despite me asking for it upfront. Let me be clear—money was never the issue. However, how you treat your clients reflects greatly on the business. I paid for shorter nails, but they aren’t even. From the beginning, I requested a refill, but she repeatedly said, “You can do it next time.” As a customer, I expected to leave with my nails the way I wanted. Additionally, a nail fell off before a week had even passed, which is why I visited in the first place. If I had known it would turn out this way, I would’ve done my nails myself.

Cessna Young I wanted to love my nails but the closer I look at them they are just okay. There are a lot of bumps in the chrome across my nails and residue around my nail beds. I was told it would wash off when I washed my hands but it just left them looking messy. They are just overall bumpy and not smooth at all. However, on a good note, my pedicure was awesome. The male technician was very nice and did a a good job. Overall, I might give this salon another chance but NOT with chrome. Update: After leaving my review yesterday, I immediately got a call from Mia and asked to come back so she could redo my nails. She was so sweet during my appointment, making sure to ask if I liked them every step. No more bumps or residue. There were a few nails that were being difficult but she continued to fix them until they were perfect. I appreciate the commitment to customer satisfaction and happiness. I understand that sometimes nail salons are very busy and they have to rush to get to the next customer but I did not feelI like this with Mia today! Justine Y The first time I came here, I had a great experience—the gentleman who helped me was fantastic. However, this time was completely different. The woman who assisted me was rude, inattentive, and made the experience uncomfortable. I had already mentioned that I had a sore toe, yet she still managed to cut it. I also pointed to the color I wanted for my gel pedicure, but she ignored it. While I admit I initially said the wrong color number, her response was unnecessarily rude. Her cold demeanor, lack of attention to detail, and the fact that she injured my toe make me hesitant to return. That said, the other staff members seemed friendly, and the other customers appeared happy. It really seems to depend on who you get. If you do visit, I’d recommend avoiding the woman wearing the Gucci face mask.

Brittany Ridgard I started coming here several month ago after going to another place and left so many times not happy. Let me tell you I am so happy I did. I have always left so happy. Linh does my nails each time and does an amazing job and is very patient when I am indecisive on what I want, the last 2 time I went there I have picked the color and have let her do a design of her choice and have always loved them! She has gotten down how exactly I like my nails from the length to the shape so I do not have to tell her, she always makes me feel so comfortable. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Holly I used to hate getting my nails done! I felt uncomfortable, didn’t know what to ask for or any terminology, my cuticles were sensitive. I’d chip them within a week then pick at them and had brittle nails underneath. Came here to get something pretty done for my wedding, at my mom’s recommendation (she’s picky) and fell in love. The only time I’ve had ANYthing chip off was because I waited over 3 weeks. I always feel welcomed, nothing has hurt and it’s easy to make an appointment online. Now I look at my hands and feel beautiful! Thank you guys!

Jackson Maya “The Real MJ” Love this place. Nails always look great, pedicure options with paraffin and hot stone. Very flexible scheduling. I get the brush on gel, it’s very sturdy over my natural nails and lasts about 4 weeks for me. I would highly recommend! I switch between skinny coffin and this style. I feel it’s a feminine lengthening to my fingers.

The Mango I attached a picture of what I asked for and how they came out. I showed the lady three designs and asked which ones they could do, and I picked one of the two that was possible. She called in a gentleman to do them, and while I appreciate that he stayed later to complete them, the design was just sloppy and not what I wanted at all. The man also chastised me after he was done, saying I shouldn’t pick such a difficult design next time. I’m not the type to go back and ask for refunds, but I asked my friends and family and they agreed that I should go back. The man was rude and told me to “stop talking” several times when I tried to explain myself. He said how it was unfair for him, but I told him that the lady should’ve told me in the first place if the design was not possible instead of lying to me. It’s not fair that I have to spend $70 for something I’m not satisfied with either, it would’ve saved both of us our time and effort. I don’t usually get my nails done, so this was meant as a way to treat myself. The customer service was appalling. I had high hopes as the reviews were good, but next time please be honest on what designs/shapes are within the techs’ skill range.

LoveMzStar Zero star honestly… this was my first time here and just needed a polish change and shape up. As seen in pictures my pinky toes are 2 different shapes and lengths. My big toe wasn’t filled. It was rushed and left a line where I needed the toe filled and dark spots on the toe nail. The left big toe is slanted not straight. Just awful and wasn’t even worth them asking for it to be fixed because she obviously was rushing. Also instead of using a nail dryer to quickly dry the nail polish she sat a fan in front of me to dry the nails which took forever.

Look for nail Tech Grace. She’s super kind and she converses with you to make you as comfortable as possible. Best place so far out of DFW nails. Victoria Eads Judy is AMAZING. My friend has been seeing her for years, and finally convinced me to see her. I wish I had be seeing her all this time! Nails looked identical to the inspo pic. Salon was clean and inviting.

Rhonda Harrell Judy is awesome, I can show her a picture and she will do my nails 3X better than the picture and add her special design. She’s been my nail tech for 5 years now. Very friendly, most importantly she gets to know her clients and their style. Everyone at An’s Nails are good. You won’t be disappointed

Erin Medley Love love LOVE this place! Staff is always super friendly and welcoming. They are always great about making appointments and are quick to call you and get you in early if possible. Never been disappointed with their work. Had my nails done by Lena today and she did amazing! Her attention to detail is so appreciated!!! JP is another go to and does phenomenal work. All staff is professional and has you leaving there feeling fabulous!!

Rachel Curliss I went to this salon based on the great reviews. The pedi was fine, but my manicure was a disaster. The technician only did two coats of color, and you could see right thru to my nail underneath. I didn’t notice this until check out, but still didn’t say anything (you win some you lose some) and even tipped 20%. Two days later the areas with little to no color started turning yellow. I went back to ask for either a credit or a new manicure. I spoke to the same technician who did my nails, and he refused to give me anything other than a coat on top. He said it was against policy to start them over completely (this is a simple GEL MANI, not dip or acrylics!). I tried to reason with him, but he went on to tell me how a lot of people try to take advantage so he will not budge. At one point he said “our policy is to resolve issues within a wee— a few days”. This was on Tuesday after getting them done Sunday, so he seemed to switch the policy real quick so that I couldn’t come in on the weekend. (I told him i work 10-7pm, which are their weekday hours). He also didn’t hesitate to tell me he’s “happy to lose a customer over this”. I completely understand saying that to someone who is out of line, but I was very respectful and reasonable. Anyway - I typically do not write reviews but I felt completely taken advantage of, considering I paid $79 for a basic pedicure and gel manicure, and was basically told to go f myself when I didn’t settle for their “one coat on top” resolution for a faulty job. As someone who is very experienced in customer service, I suggest putting your ego aside, and making things right when it’s efficient and affordable to do so. This was just poor business practice.
