AZ: They deserved zero stars. I was warned not to come to this hospital, but had an emergency. Rude staff overall no compassion or empathy. From the nurses to receptionist in the ER department. No body does anything while you are lying in severe pain just ignore you. They do not know how to placed an IV in your arm. What kind of hospital is this? Plain neglect to the patients and family members. Whatever they tell about this bad hospital they are falling short. Go somehwere else you are better off. Or enter at your own risk.

Everyones concerns felt genuine, and even when I was admitted as a patient for five days, the level of care remained exceptional. From the nurses and doctors to the admission team, physical therapists, radiology and X-ray technicians, nurse assistants, and cleaning staff – every single person was superb, genuinely helpful, and attentive. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received. Thank you!

Vanessa Estebane: I was very disappointed when I called to schedule an appointment today with Dr. De Santos and she refused to see me since I had not been to see her since 2021. I understand that most women get seen yearly however, I work constantly and that is not something that is doable for me. You would think that if you had already been a patient of hers before she would allow you to come back as needed. It was very disappointing as I asked Shayla to speak to Dr. De Santos personally and ask if she would mind taking me back since she was not accepting new patients for Gyno at this time and I received a call back from Shayla (who FYI was very nice) and she told me Dr. De Santos said no. This is very disappointing and although I am sure Dr. De Santos is busy I think there should be some type of procedure implemented to where even if I had to wait for months to get an appointment she would still allow that since I have already been to see her plenty of times before. I hope Dr. De Santos reads this and creates a different process in which she can still show her patients that she cares enough to take them back versus telling them to go find another OBGYN.

Vivian Chavez: My mother has the best care under Dr. Molina. She was under a Drs care in SoCal but was misdiagnosed with minor illnesses. Dr. Molina is patient and compassionate while observing her and realized she needed serious treatment. Its so nice to see a doctor that cares about her health.

IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE DONT EVEN BOTHER CALLING BECAUSE YOU WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD FOREVER! THEY ALSO HAVE CALLER ID BECAUSE AFTER CALLING FOR ENTIRE DAY FROM 11am TO 4PM I WAS FINALLY ANSWERED & TOLD THEY KNOW THAT I HAVE NEEN REPEATEDLY CALLING! I SAID IF YOU KNOW IVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES, WHY THE HECK WOULNT YOU INQUIRE, THERE COULD POSSIBLY BE AN EMERGENCY! THE LACK OF WORK ETHIC & COMMON SENSE AT THE SCHUSTER OFFICE IS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING! WEEKS BEFORE AT MY GRANDDAUGHTERS FIRST APPOINTMENT THE FRONT STAFF WERE DROPPING THE F BOMBS & GOSSIPING ABOUT ANOTHER PATIENT WHO WAS CALLING NEEDING INFORMATION. I WILL HAVE ONE MORE APPOINTMENT JUST TO LET THE DOCTOR KNOW HE LOST A PATIENT. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO REALIZE THEY WORK FOR US! THEY TREAT US AS IF WE WORK FOR THEM. MY INSURANCE THAT I PAY OUT OF MY POCKET EMPLOYES YOU, THEREFORE YOURE ON MY TIME! THESE GIRLS IN THE FRONT OFFICE & THE ONES ANSWERING THE PHONES NEED CUSTOMERS SERVICE TRAINING! LEARN PHONE ETIQUETTE. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PATIENTS & IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB, THEN FIND ANOTHER ONE. FORT BLISS & TRICARE WILL ALSO BE MADE AWARE OF HOW SERVICE MEMBERS & THIER FAMILIES ARE BEING TREATED. THE EVEN MORE UPSETTING ISSUE IS THAT I WAS CALLING TO LET THEM KNOW I SENDT OVER THE AUTHORIZATION SO THEY WOULDNT HAVE TO ACTUALLY WORK AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO CALL TRICARE AND GET IT. WHEN I SAID THAT I WAS HUNG UP ON! NEVER HAVE I BEEN TONA MEDICAL OFFICE SUCH AS UNORGANIZED & UNPROFESSIONAL AS THIS OFFICE. THEY ARE JUST HIRING ANYONE!

Shes the best!! Great bedside manners as well!! Her office staff is always friendly, efficient and professional. Her front desk MA Gabby is very professional, compassionate, friendly and always very helpful. Great practice to go to.
